My only real problem is that I was overcharged for my iced latte. I was charged $7 for an iced latte, which was two dollars more than friend who ordered the same thing before me, and she got an almond milk substitute! While there was someone in training, the degree to which she was prepared for her first day on the job is a definite reflection on the company itself. They have a good process here, taking orders and delivering their carefully crafted espressos quickly and accurately. We came here a few times after discovering them during our last visit. Their coffee rotates from time to time, allowing for plenty of opportunities to try different beans and roasts. Their pour overs are heavenly, and there's a dedicated barista that carefully measures out the beans, heats up the water, and brews the coffee in front of you. As I went to go take my cup, he explained that I was going to love what I was about to drink and went into some detail of where the coffee bean was from and how it was processed. They have lots of seating both inside and outside, and we saw people going there to work and coffee breaks. They do also sell merchandise, including some brewing equipment if you're interested in that. Overall, the best coffee we've found during our time in New Zealand!

It wasn't super busy and parking was easy to navigate. I can't remember their clever names, but we essentially ordered 2 lattes plus their eggs Benedict and mince on toast. Coffee was good and strong and well made. Benny was served on a giant hashbrown wedge which was really interesting. However, the entire thing sat heavy in my belly like a brick the entire day. Husband enjoyed his mince on toast. The serving was quite generous and he all but licked his plate clean. My meal was a 9/10. The ambience was pleasant and this was mid morning, mid week and it was busy. They also had a variety of coffee beans, plus freshly ground coffee for sale at reasonable prices.
