I come here every time I need my hair cut. The barbers are professional and they do a fantastic job. Their shop is spotless most times and they are generally relaxed and easy going. Most the staff speaks good enough English if not it's pretty easy to walk and hand signal through what you want for an easy haircut. Will always go back. read more

I do not understand why it's so difficult finding a decent barber in this area. This had to have been the worst haircut I have ever received. The barber decided to give me a part on top of my head that was literally 1/2 inch wide, if not more, without asking. I told him to not touch the top and he takes the razor up my entire sides cutting off a lot of the hair on top. If you want a decent haircut, do it yourself! read more

I'm not satisfied because in a town that you have US soldiers, at least try to learn English just a bit. I speak German I told the barber what I wanted and he still did it unsatisfactory. It was almost like he was just trying to get done fast! There wasn't any other customers in the shop so there was no reason for his hastiness. I will never go back! Now I have to let my beard grow back to where I can have it done again correctly! And it won't be done at Old Havana. read more

Talented barbers but awful customer service. I went in at 625pm, for the second time in the day after trying midday. Their sign out front said they are open until 1900. Two barbers working, no one waiting, and they wouldn't help me. They just said, no more today. Don't say you're open until 1900 if you're not. Definitely not a way to win customers! read more

First thing, the shop itself is nice. The barbers are skilled overall. The price is decent. But when it comes to customer service, you won't find it here. Went in this morning, hours posted are 0900-1900. It was 0850 when I arrived, one person was already getting cut and four were waiting, which is fine. One barber working, the place has 8 chairs. Another barber strolls in at 0905, goes and makes a coffee and proceeds to go back outside to smoke. Doesn't start taking customers for another 20 minutes. The first barber spent over an hour on the first customer and then just left to go get breakfast. And when he did come back, he stayed in the back for at least 15 minutes. This is all happening while 9 additional people came in after me and are still waiting. I've been here before but it seems like it's just declining each time. I don't think I'll be back again. Time to find a new place. read more

I went in for the first cut, which was okay, when I went in for the second time, the barber didn't…read moredo of what I asked for, but it was alright, the third time I went in there, (no names named) a barber close to the door, absolutely butchard my head, didn't do anything i asked for, he used thinning shears to "take some off the top", kept using clippers on the back side of my head instead of scissors to fix it, and after telling him not to touch my beard, he goes and ruined it, when he asked me who lined it up before going there i said "I did" - which i really did, he left the back of my head with bald spots, the top of my head after showering, all uneven and looks like garbage. He was on his phone 3/4 of the time, just randomly stopping to do whatever he was doing. Also, thr back part of my head- the part he couldn't fix, he goes "I don't know why its like that" like, are you F kidding me, all my years going to a barbershop, i've never not once have a "barber" say i don't know why it's like that. He didn't wet my hair, didn't use scissors, im 99.9% sure he doesn't know how to use them, and was unprofessional the whole time. Of what the other reviews i've read, most of them people in there need to be fired or find a new career path. I don't recommend this place at all. I'm not the one to cause a scene, I payed left and put my hat on to how bad it was.

I always asked for the same thing and never was the cut/color consistent. I had to go back to have haircuts corrected. Files aren't kept on customers so there's not a running record of what is being done to your hair, the employees don't remember what they did the time before, and, in the case of the owner that did my hair, she talks too much to hear what you're saying. I tried another stylist there with equally bad results. My advice is save your time, money, and save yourself a bad haircut.
