The staff seemed pleasant but I was thrown off by their ongoing conversation and complaints about various things. It was hard to tell why they had so many people working (4+ at the front) when they didn't seem to be actually doing any work or talking to customers. Maybe I just hit at a weird time. I needed to replace a piece of glass that covered one of our favorite watercolors. The shop is…read morebigger than I expected, which translated into roomy, airy and clean. I was greeted right away, and was given several options for glass types. This particular painting isn't a masterpiece or anything, so I opted for the basic ( non UV protected) glass. It was $15, including tax. A piece was cut to size for me and wrapped, and I was out the door in about 15 minutes. Speaking of masterpieces, there was lots of custom artwork for sale displayed on the walls, which made my wait time very pleasant as it allowed me to covet the beautiful, locally produced artwork.
