Ok, I came here to return a few things that I bought online. I didn't wait long at the line. When I got up to the cashier she was very sweet but when I told her I needed to return my items she looked at it and then at me and said "Oh ok, I didn't really see you buying these." What?? You don't know me! Lol. She also kept saying she couldn't return or find my order. I told her I was just told to give her my order number or give her the card I used and she refused both a few times. I have no idea what other way she was trying to find it but she finally took my card. I have no desire to come back and actually shop here. read more

This would be a 5 star review if there was a better selection of polos in the toddler section. Victor assisted me and was so sweet, knowledgeable and creative! He helped me find last minute outfits for my husband, his dad and our son for Father's Day brunch. If you are ever in store, ask for Victor! read more

Friendly greetings & smiles when we walked in. After a few minutes of browsing, I asked Nathan where the maternity section was. He kindly let me know that their maternity is in the back stock area and asked what size I wear. After a few minutes he came back out with a rack full of maternity that was literally all my size. Just for me to look through!! I haven't felt that special in a store really ever! Nathan made my day yesterday with making me feeling so cared for. He acted like it was no big deal to go through the maternity stuff for my size just so I can browse. Then on top of that the sweet girl who checked us out. I didn't see her name sadly but she gave my baby boy a sticker and honored an item I thought was on sale. Thanks Nathan & our sweet cashier for yesterday afternoon!!!!!! read more

This location is ok. It's not super organized but also not completely unorganized. I didn't stay long because I hate rummaging through clothes that aren't nearly folded or hung. They had a good sale going on but there's always some type of sale. You can definitely find some good deals! The new arrivals usually go on sale about a week or two after they hit the floor so I always wait. They only associate I noticed was the lady working the fitting rooms. read more

truly the worst old navy in the area. the entire store is overrun by carts of discarded clothing, the front desk is covered in returns/ clothing, the dressing rooms are FULL of clothes people have left behind that haven't been taken care of. you can be not find clothes because they're just thrown all over the store. it always looks dirty & unkempt like none of the employees care. such a shame! read more

Still a mess. Staff needs zones for restocking and cleaning their areas. Jeans need to be sized and sorted and folded. Table displays should be folded daily. Old Navy has gone down hill The reviews all say something CLEAN UP THIS MESS has been like this for 2 years I placed online order and of course they had to cancel because the inventory is off. Just walked out of Old Navy on Woodruff Rd. Greenville, SC!!! The store is a complete MESS!!! Stop pulling out puff coats and get the store organized. The Manager ( older female) is always walking around doing absolutely NOTHING!!! The clothes that are hanging are practically on the ceiling, with no staff available to pull anything down! No variety either just a lot of the same items different colors. The store needs new management and a lot of organization!!! What a disaster!! read more

This store is a disaster. Sale signs on racks that apply to maybe 1/4 of the things on that rack, no sensible flow to the layout, dusty floors & shelves. Clearance section is just a dumping ground for lazy employees to "put things away". Lots of workers around but they can't be doing much from the looks of It! Always a frustrating experience, I'm sticking to online shopping instead of braving this mess! read more

I have been to this store of couple of times and every time I visit this store I pick up something. They have good collection of clothes as per the season, you would have to spend some time looking for the apparel you like. This store is good if you want to buy casuals. The staff is very helpful as well. The fitting rooms are spacious. However this store needs to make some space for clearance section. It was messy. They have at least 5 check out registers and the staff are very quick in helping you check out. read more

ADDRESS THE MESS! This store was bit of a mess today. It is poorly designed and just full of clutter. I found myself just walking around in circles trying to find a simple tee and you always feel as if you are in the way of other shoppers. There is no flow to this store and that's a problem. One of my favorite stores to shop for kids clothing. Friendly staff, great prices, and really cute clothes. Can't ask for much more.

I went there to even exchange my online order. I had them all in girls size xs and wanted to exchange for the same exact item but in size s, before getting the items at the store I went to the manager and let him know what I wanted to do and he told me to go ahead, after getting all the items I needed, I went to the cashier and she called on the manager about it and the manager instructed her to do a refund first then do a purchase on the size s items at adjusted price same as I paid online. After the cashier refunded my online order she supposed to do a purchase but then for some reason the cashier call on another person for help and the guy told her to do the 50%off which is way more expensive than what I paid for online. I only pay $4.05 each and they want me to pay $15.37 each at the store. I told them no I won't pay more than what I paid online and I ask them to sell me back the item they refunded, so I can do my exchange online. They did but the guy was telling me that I will encounter some problem in the future. That was the first time I tried to do an even exchange. WOW! the new guys there are all useless and rude. I use to go there before buying at least 4 big bags to send oversea but now I better do it online. They don't even deserve a singe star. read more

3rd in line, one cashier, incredibly slow cashier. After 10 minutes, I had to leave. Worst service ever. A waste of time.

Horrible customer service. Maybe the worst in retail I've seen. The manager there Apprentice is incredibly rude.

The only reason this place got one star is because I could not leave the review without one. What a complete disaster, this store is completely disorganized and dirty and trashy looking. The staff is friendly however I can smile at you while I'm taking your money and still not give a crap about what my store surroundings and customers expectations are. Not sure how this is even acceptable to their management and the extended leadership of this company. May be time to look at other retailers outside of old navy now.
