This Old Navy is average in many ways, but the best part of the shop is the fact that it is fairly new and stocked with the latest merchandise. The staff here seemed absent and the clearance section was slim pickings which isn't a flaw, but definitely was a bummer. Not sure what is up with this Old Navy. They have tons of floor space but they don't utilize all of it, making the store feel very empty. They don't carry a lot of items advertised online (items that are not 'online exclusives' and should be found in stores). Finding clothes is hit-or-miss and they often only carry "Regular" lengths for pants (meaning you have to go online for Petite/Short or Tall). I think the quality of Old Navy styles in general has gone down over the years, and it's exemplified more when the selection is scarce. The only thing I can count on here is jeans - they usually have my size, preferred style, and length (Petite/Short). I prefer Old Navy jeans above other brands so this is fortunate for me! Staff are pleasant and helpful, no slights there. I just wish they carried more stock in-store, as I never order clothes online. They certainly have the space... read more

Decreased selection now that they're in a new space.. Wasn't that great to begin with and now that it's just regularly priced I don't see any reason to shop here. I got one lightweight sleeveless shirt made in Vietnam for $25, not really enthused anymore. read more

I like the new store set up, it is convenient because it is attached to the mall now. They have a lot of good clearance, but they don't carry enough "tall" jeans at all. The staff isn't really friendly. They seem impatient all the time. I went in to use the bathroom and the woman who I believe is the store manager practically bit my head off and turned me away because she was "cleaning" it. Oh well. read more
