I shop here for my children all the time and today, decided I will never shop there again. I arrived at the store today around 2:30 with my daughters and mother. The first thing that went wrong was the cashier working the register gave me much attitude about me asking to place 10 pairs of jeans I was buying behind the register while I continued to shop. Why?! That's what the counter is for. I had a double stroller and anyone who has been in this store knows how tight the aisles are. I placed the jeans on the counter anyways and another girl brought me a bag. I then went back to shopping. Eventually, I get in line to check out. Its back to school time, so the lines are long, which I expected. I waited my turn. A different cashier checks me out. She asks me if I want to save 120 dollars by signing up for the credit card. I reply, yes. I show her the attached email in the picture that says to show this access code online or in store to receive $10 bonus cash and 30% off coupon when you apply for the credit card. The anti-counter lady comes over and says to me, "you can't use this in the store". I attempt to explain that the email I received says it can and but she again says with plenty of attitude, "It can't be used in store," and dismisses me! I should have left at that moment, but I purchased the items anyway and left the store. I did call corporate immediately. The man on the phone explained that there was a mistake and eventually agrees to send me a $30 coupon. I look for the coupon immediately in my email and it says must be used online. I ask the man on the phone, does this work in the store. He assures me it does. I again ask, are you sure, because I don't want any problems. He again assures me that it does. I take then take all my merchandise back into the store and ask to do a return and repurchase to save the 30%. 30% of $425 is worth going back in for. The girl immediately says, you cant do that and runs in the back to get the manager. The manager comes out and says, that the man on the phone was wrong the coupon doesn't work in the store. At this point, I am really angry and ask for my money back. They return my money, and because I have a gift card, I come home and attempt to use the coupon at home and it doesn't work! Lol. What a joke. As soon as I use this gift card, I am done with them. Osh Kosh, Jack and Jill, and Carters will get all my business.

He said a large percentage of their traffic is from people on the way to the hookah bar. I understand why people purchase their own. The selection of smoke products is everything from glass pipes to hookah pipes and everything in between. The gentlemen was friendly showing me all the options I had. I ended up purchasing a full setup, hookah, and some coals. Since hookah is for me is more relaxation than visiting and hanging with others home is better than out. The experience was great. If you are a pro to an amateur this place will help you purchase what you need. The place is clean and the workers were friendly and knowledgeable. I can really only discuss my experience there. This is not a place that you would frequent often unless you need more supplies or a new pipe. It's like buying a car. You return for service and a new one.

I peeled the original price tag off and I could clearly make out the price. It was $28.00. They marked up their prices and then discounted for the sale. The total came out to be the original $28.00. I wish I would have gone to Dicks Sporting Goods and got the same exact shirt on sale for $22.40. I would be very cautious buying items on sale if there is a price tag over the original sticker price. You may find that JC Penney is over charging you.

I had more clothes than I could carry so I asked for a fitting room and I had the pleasure of being assisted by a girl named Rebecca. She was so kind and knowledgeable about all of the clothing in the store. There were some items I found on clearance and she would say to me "hold on we have the matching top for that" (I love matching)! My sister wasn't there to tell me how I looked in the things I was trying on, but Rebecca replaced her flawlessly for the afternoon I spent shopping in there. She was so honest with me, and believe it or not there were a few outfits she told me just didn't look right. I think it's really hard to find clothing store employees who don't just say everything looks good on you. My respect for this store has increased greatly based on the interactions I had with this girl, she really is an asset to the company.
