This Old Navy is a decent-sized store with well-stocked shelves. I recently visited during their annual 50% off sale and found a bunch of additional items marked down even lower. The store is usually pretty clean, but it could use more cashiers. There were always 10-15 people in line, and they only had 2 cashiers. There were a lot of people on the floor working, but not enough cashiers to help people get in and out quickly. read more

The store was packed when I was there. Not only with people, but also merchandise. It's like they had too much on the sales floor to the point that it was hard to walk around. It became frustrating, especially since I had my kids with me. That being said, there was a lot of sales and the staff wasn't bad. Our only dealing with them was at the register and they seemed pleasant. We were a bit confused at first on how to get to the register. You have to follow arrows on the floor that weave around through shopping areas (where other shoppers are trying to browse) to get to it. It had an unorganized feel. We bought a few items, however with so many other choices in the area, I doubt we'd go back. read more

This Old Navy always has pretty decent sells. However when you walk in the store is in disarray. Since there isn't much space to walk through customers just drop the items down. The employees are always busy so they rarely have time to greet new customers and the lines are always long. Overall, the store deserves a B. The store has great sells and merchandise. Nice store. Lots of stuff on sale. Staff friendly. Only one thing is that everything is not priced and I that drives me crazy. Need to have someone make sure all products have a sign with the price or mark the products. Noticed that the self checker price machine was broken. read more

This Old Navy is ok. It's a little messy and unorganized which can be overwhelming in a store with so much inventory. I don't like digging through piles of clothes so I didn't spend much time in the store. I didn't see any associates on the floor. read more

I have shopped at ON for years! I do both online and in-person buying, depending on the deals and what's available. Given the shortage of employees in recent months I think the Tanger Outlet Old Navy in Pooler has been doing ok. Until recently. Corporate ON, you need to take a hard look at the managers you hire and how they're treating employees. The Pooler store has a manager, Angela, who I've seen speak derogatorily to employees at least twice and she's not quiet in her volume. Angela should, and I'm certain does, know better given her mature age, but chooses not to lead appropriately. Most of the employees in this store are high school or young adult and don't have the work experience to realize when a supervisor is out of line, but Angela's tone of voice and managerial style is not conducive to a healthy work environment. Angela, I'm letting your regional managers know, in detail, what transpired. read more

This store is well maintained. I know they have reasonably priced casual items but the cluttered atmosphere of some of their other stores deterred me from really exploring and purchasing. I've visited several Old Navy locations and this one is the only one where I can consistently sort through the varying styles and sizes. The staff keeps it organized. They stock a nice variance of sizes and the prices are great. It's always busy but they do a great job getting everyone checked out in an acceptable amount of time. I enjoy going to old navy but this location is so messy! There are a lot of great deals here but I wish it was more organized.

I went to Old Navy to get jeans, because I remember when their jeans were so cheap back in the day. I haven't been there in ages. I should have looked at the prices, even though they're hard to find in the tags. I looked at a couple of jean racks, and most of them were marked down from about $45-50 to about $30, so I was like, okay, I guess most of them are this price. I was wrong. I tried on several pair and chose three. Each pair ranged from $40-$45 each, and I didn't have time to think if I wanted to put them back, because the line in the store was backed up. I had tried on each pair twice, so I thought it would be alright. I took them home, and put them on, but they binded me when I sat down, so I couldn't wear them, because I work at home and sit down a lot. I looked up their return policy, and discovered you can only return store purchases in the store, not online. Since I live over an hour away from the nearest store and don't often have business in that town, it means I will need to make a special trip back to get $135 worth of returns. For me, that's a lot of money. My husband works some weekends, so I can't just get in the car and drive down an hour to return some clothes, and they have the 45 day policy, so basically I'm screwed. I either have to find a way to go down there myself, send someone in my behalf, or lose the value of the jeans because they won't process in-store purchase refunds by phone or online returns. I called the local store, the 800 number, and customer relations, and no one would work with me. Needless to say, I will never be shopping at Old Navy again. If you live in the boonies and don't go to the bigger towns constantly, do not shop here. They won't work with you. read more

Initially walking into the store I looked around to see if there were "No Food or Drink" signs, as I had a drink with me and would have stepped out to finish my drink if there had been. There were no postings stating as such, so I proceeded in for my shopping trip. I had picked up a few items and had forgotten to get a bag, as I had picked up more items along the way. Since, I had my hands full, I had placed my drink down on one of the displays to call my sister to bring me a bag. Within minutes, she arrived and I went to look for my drink and it was gone. We both looked around and could not find it. Ironically, we were in the back near an employee area and a couple employees had came out of the door. I had asked if anyone had picked up a drink that I had placed on the display and the employee was so rude in her response. She said that it is store policy that drinks are not to be on the displays and they have every right to throw them out. I had informed her that there were no postings in the store stating this and if that is store policy, why didn't anyone have the courtesy to inform me prior to grabbing the drink and throwing it out. She shrugged her shoulders and said they didn't have to. At this point, I really just wanted to leave all of my items and not purchase anything there if that was how I was being treated. My sister did not want my shopping trip to be ruined, as I was on vacation so for her I continued to shop at the store. I did return back to the front of the store to see if I had a missed a posting about the drinks and still didn't see anything stating this. I even tried looking online for the store policy to see if this information was there and could not locate anything stating this either. When we went to check out, the cashier had asked me how my shopping trip was and I let him know I wanted the store information, since I wanted to file a complaint. He had asked me what had happened and I declined to inform him, because I did not want to hold up the line and did not want to make the store look bad in front of the other customers. He did call a store manager over so I could discuss the issue and when she arrived she was the other employee who had come out of the back door when I had asked about the drink and not once did she ask what was going on. I was really disappointed to see that she was the store manager, because she witnessed how I was being treated and walked away. So when I let her know how my experience was, she stated she had no idea what was going on and seemed irritated that I was even bringing it up and closed out the conversation. By far, the worst customer service I have received at a store. The only person who genuinely apologized was the cashier. So, no I would NEVER recommend this store if this is how they treat customers over a drink! read more

Terrible and slow describe the customer service here. Prices did not match the signage and employees did not acknowledge our existence. Come here only if you want poor service and want to pay more than the advertised prices. read more

Signs posted throughout store does not apply except for one unmarked table at front of store. Never disclosed that the "sale" is for the unmarked table until associate is asked about price at checkout. Mix in regular price items on discounted items and discount is not honored. Very unhappy.
