I have been scouring the area for holiday Jammie's. Truthfully, I am late to the party. Many of the stores are out of stock and I was trying to match my son and his family. I was shopping at Giant and decided to give Old Navy a try. Low and behold they had quite an assortment in every size imaginable. Yeah! They also had open fitting rooms to try the clothing on. I hopped in and walked out with a top, bottom, and matching headband. Luckily, they didn't break my budget either. Are these going to be Jammie's to last a lifetime? Probably not, the quality isn't the greatest. But, for a holiday picture, they are perfect. The people working there were as nice as can be. Wonderful selection of inexpensive clothing and accessories, especially during sales. I've had both excellent and poor service at this location (today, it was excellent when an associate helped me find a shirt that was the right size...which happened to be on the mannequin). Another time however a different associate forgot to remove the security tag and it was a hassle to go back and have someone remove it. The most irritating thing has to be though that now you have to put in your PIN when using a debit card--this is one of the few stores I know which still requires this (most have ways to bypass the PIN). I'll probably shop online for Old Navy from now on. read more

It's the best time of the year for me at Old Navy, Winter. I am a lifelong fan of their winter pajama pants, they last a long time, they keep you warm and their are made of super comfortable material. I would wager, they are the BEST pajama pants ever made. They also have great sweaters, shirts and pants. There is something for everyone in all seasons. In Summer they offer their athletic clothing, with a wicking material that keeps a person dry and comfortable while they do sports. This location is a good one, there is always ample parking, it is a good size location. The only down side, when Old Navy has a sale, they almost give stuff away so the lines can be long during a really good sales period. I have started taking to ordering stuff online and picking it up at the store, to save myself time and to ensure I get the items I want and on sale. The aftermath of returns and buys have come and gone. The store looks like it has seen better days. All of this can be fixed, but it is going to take teamwork to be done. I did not see many staff members, but the ones I did communicate with were friendly and helpful. Diana a you high school kid helped me locates a pair of pants I had overlooked. She was polite and friendly too. Naya the cashier was polite and friendly too even if it was late at night. The transfer of pants for the right one was quick and painless. I was in and out of there with the right product for the person who needed it. Trying them is the is the biggest difference for the person they are intended for. We will see what happens. I have to start this with the fact that I literally have the highest level of Old Navy credit card that you can obtain because that shows you that I shop there a lot though recently I do most shopping online because of stores and service like this!!! I had ordered some clothes online and a few items didn't fit the way I wanted but I had already thrown away the bag they came in so I decided to go to the store to return them. From the moment I walked in, I was unimpressed. The store was in disarray...clothes everywhere and stuff on the floor...I walked in right after it opened so not sure how it good look like that first thing in the morning but it did. Then when I went to return the items, the cashier was not too keen on helping. She asked if I had the invoice, I did not but I had the email confirmation and order form but that wouldn't suffice. Then she needed my license number and expiration date in order to complete the "return" which was unlike anything I had ever experienced. Instead of giving me a store credit for the sale price of the item, she said that I would receive the credit IN THE MAIL...not even on my account!?!?! Who has ever heard of such a thing! And to top it off...I paid $21.99 for one item and will be getting something in the mail for $6.00 after all is said and done. I will make sure to keep invoices from now on!!! But beside that, I will make sure I go to other Old Navy stores because I am not sure how this one is still open... Worst customer service and the place is always a wreck!!! read more

This location is atrocious! Honestly, the 2 stars is generous. 1 star is for Old Navy being Old Navy, and 1 star is for a sweet and knowledgeable cashier. Let's get to the nitty gritty. What is going on in this store? Do the employees put away anything at all during store hours? Look...I know how it is. I worked in retail for 15 miserable years. Customers suck. They're messy and rude. I get it. But really...help us out a little here. If you're walking past a shirt on the floor on the way to answer a customer's stupid question, pick it up! I promise, even that little bit here and there will make a difference. That being said, where is the management? How is this an acceptable way to keep a store? My other big gripe is with the fitting rooms. There was no attendant and unfortunately me and my stroller did not fit into a regular room. I waited 15 minutes to get into a handicap accessible room! If someone had been working there, they may have stopped single able-bodied people from hogging them! I appeal to the management of this store to DO SOMETHING! Wow! Pleasantly surprised! I've driven past this location many times, but never thought to stop in. I used to shop at ON faithfully years ago, for myself and kids, but all the locations that were convenient to me ended up closing down. I was a fan of ON, but not a big enough fan to drive out of my way to get to one. It's been years honestly. Anyway, I decided to stop in today and boy oh boy was I not disappointed! Lots of cute dresses in age/work appropriate lengths. Tunics, slacks, jewelry; you name it and a good mix of sizes. ON is still a jumbled mess of clothes, but it's a mess that I can deal with. Clothes shopping wasn't really on the menu for the day, but I still managed to walkout with two cute dresses and a cute little ring for a total of $75! this is one of the messiest Old Navy stores I have ever been to. It is also set up differently than most. today there were probably twenty people in line, which really did not encourage me to stand in such a long line. Also, there were two children running around the store, through clothes racks and bumping into everyone. When I mentioned this to a salesperson, they said, "we are a family store!" I personally didn't think running around the store was safe, and does not make a great shopping experience for others. Strangest experience I've had at a store in a long time. I was looking for a specific jean size and style and discovered that random items were simply strewn all over the shelves without regard to organization, so it was impossible to find what I was looking for. Then, when I wanted to try something on, the fitting room attendant informed me that men are not allowed to use the regular fitting rooms and instead have to use these strange semi-private curtains located in the middle of the sales floor. These curtains do not afford the type of privacy a customer would expect when trying on clothes (especially pants), and there was nowhere to hang or place anything, as both the hanger and floor were covered with piles of unwanted clothes that other customers had left behind. I left the store empty-handed, frustrated, and will not likely ever set foot in this store again. read more

Zombi Nation. I walked in to buy a pair of jeans for a teen and noticed right away that no one was going to approach me to see if I needed any assistance. No problem. So I see an employee (zombi ....?) standing nearby sorting some clothing items. I walked right up on him, sure that at some point he was going to turn around and ask how he could help me. After all, I was invading his personal space. I may as well have been invisible, as he did not appear to notice me at all. Apparently turning to acknowledge people is not what zombies do (silly me...I should have known!) He just continued in his zone and as far as he was concerned, I did not exist. I interrupted his robotic sorting by asking him if he could help me find a pair of jeans to match the damaged pair that I had in my hands. To his credit he did so. However, once he found the jeans for me, he simply slinked away. No goodbye. No farewell. No have a great day. Nothing. There was no direction to me regarding where the line was. He simply walked, robot like, back to his sorting table. At that point, I started to feel like I'd stumbled into the Twilight Zone as I looked around and noticed that all the employees within eyeshot looked like the walking dead. No light in their eyes. No enjoyment of the job. No acknowledgement of customers. As I approach the EMPTY line, the zombie behind the counter says, "i'm helping someone". Hmmmm......Really? There is no one there, literally. He then pointed to where he wanted me to stand. About a minute later a woman got in line (apparently she had gone back to retrieve something). Finally another employee sprang up seemingly from out of no where and with a smile (the first I'd seen in that store) told me that he could help me. It is because of that employee (a non zombie, apparently) that I offer 2 stars instead of one. Steer clear. There is weirdness happening there! read more

Yikes! This is for sure the messiest Old Navy I've ever shopped at. Clothes are on the floor, not folded on the shelves/tables, not properly hung on the hangers. The dressing rooms are a joke. Good luck getting into one as there is always a long wait to try on clothes...if you can even find a sales person to open the doors. They are also over flowing with clothes from previous customers. Lines for checkout are long, but go at a decent pace. They have an abundant supply of larger sizes, so good luck if you are looking for an XS or S. I cannot think of another retailer which is so understaffed. Of the items that I've ordered online this spring, the majority have been defective, or the sizing has varied wildly from one item to another. Lets state the obvious. Old Navy is a low-cost and low-value store. I don't expect that everything is perfectly hung or folded at every moment. I don't expect that everything will fit perfectly either. But what I do expect is a reasonable level of customer service. I had 3-4 items to purchase and as I approached the register I spoke to the cashier. "Hello". She looked at me, blank-stared, and held her hand out for my items. Eeek. Bad day maybe? When she finishes ringing up my items she says, "credit card?". Ok, yes, I proceed to pay. Then I notice that she has a note on her register, reminding her to give customers their "old navy cash" coupons (which she had not given me with my receipt). So I ask, "oh excuse me, could I have my old navy cash too?". She grabs a slip and hands it to me, without saying another word. Not "oh, I'm sorry I forgot" or "sure, no problem". Literally, the whole time I stood at the register the only words spoken to me were "credit card?". I'm sorry Old Navy but you're going to have to train your people better than this. I want to say the young lady's name was Keishana, or something like that. If you have an irate customer who is rude and unfriendly, maybe it can cause a stir. But I approached her smiling and saying "hello" and the response (if you want to call it a response at all) was unprofessional, unpleasant and unwelcoming. Old Navy, as an extension of the GAP brand, has been suffering in the market generally, and will continue to do so if this is how customers are treated across the board. I hope this constructive criticism can be put to good use, improved training, better management oversight and disciplinary action for poor job performance. read more

It's an Old Navy, so for the most part you know what you're going to get. Clothing made in some far off country that are priced low enough that you can afford to stock up a few times a year. Unfortunately, at this location you should also expect incredibly long lines and staff that are so overworked from folding mountains of t-shirts and cargo shorts that they can't keep up. I visited a few months ago to get a pair of jeans. After waiting for a changing room (and re-shelving my undesired pieces myself) I then braced myself for a loooong wait to pay. Which I always despise. Personally, I feel that it shouldn't be so hard to give my money away. After navigating through the maze of chotskies- disorganized due to thousands of tiny hands that belong to children who share my hatred of lines- I make it to the register. The staff member that helped me was beyond burned out, and seemed to be responsible for not only managing the store, but also training new employees and running a register. I didn't blame the guy for his lack of enthusiasm, mine was waning as well. So I pay for my jeans- on sale, whee!- and head out of the store. It isn't until I get home from this trying excursion that I realize the dude has forgotten to take the electronic tag off the leg of the jeans. So much for wearing them on my weekend trip to the mountains.... Le sigh. I returned a few weeks later on a Saturday morning to finally have the offending tag removed and discovered, much to my chagrin that the line I had been subjected to had actually increased in length. I just didn't have the strength to wait again. It's hot now, so I'll make due with the jeans I have that don't have electronic tags that make me look like a thief. Positives: Cheap clothes, large parking lot, sales! Negatives: waiting, waiting, more waiting. My advice is to hit this place up on a weekday. Dear Cashier #2541518. There were huge signs indicating that "all jeans and shirts up to 50% off." In fact, one of those huge signs was in direct view of the cashiers at the registers. When I asked whether the shirt that I was buying had a discount, Cashier #2541518 told me to go ahead and pay before she could verify if there were any discounts. I thought that was strange why she couldn't just do a price check before I paid but since I would have purchased the shirt regardless, I did pay for the item first. After I paid, Cashier #2541518 then looked at the RECEIPT and said, "No, the item has no discount." I then pointed to the huge sign in plain view of her saying that I found it strange that the shirt was not further marked down since all shirts should have received some discount, even if it was nominal. Her response which literally put me aback was, "well, I'm not responsible for the ads." I proceeded to ask her wasn't this false advertising. Her final response to me was, "you can return the shirt." So where do I begin. First, some additional training seems to be in order. I would start with, Dear Teenager who is working in retail, I know you are working in retail but if this is your first job, you need to take ownership of it. You represent the store that employs you so yes, you are responsible for the advertising that is displayed in your store. If there was something you have no control over or do not understand, you call the manager. If a customer has a question, you try to actually provide a service to the customer. Just looking at the receipt did not explain why the advertising did not reflect the lack of discount on the shirt. And finally, by dismissing the customer and telling me that I could always just return the shirt could and most likely lose you the sale. I could have just had you process a return as soon as you just had me pay for it. read more
