Would not allow me to input a name, I went out closed the window, but the same thing the next time I tried. But with time ticking away, I made the order thinking I could add someone after since the website was giving me so many issues. Boy, was I wrong!!!! Called into the store and cs to see if I could get any help, with 0 help I was told they can not give out the package to someone if they didn't get put on the original order. I told them that the website wouldn't allow me. That didn't matter. No name, no package. I live 170 miles from the store I sent it to. My brother lives in the same town, so I was having him bring it with him for Christmas, but I guess not. Now, there is not enough time to get alternatives. Smh very sad I offered to send him with a copy of my licenses, but nope. I get security, but that is a bit ridiculous since it was the Children's Place website that messed up and wouldn't allow me to add him. I will never shop here again and encourage other people not too as well. Children's Place ruined Christmas for my family this year!!!! Called CS, and I was offered a coupon for my troubles. Kohl's cash or their coupons have nothing to do with it. The clearance section where things are 75% off have nothing to do with it. I stop at Kohl's all across the country because they have the cleanest restrooms out of the places that my wife has approved me to stop at. This Kohl's was no exception, at least for the men's restroom. My wife and daughter did not complain. It was a bonus when one of the friendly employees told me that I should try Miner Drive in for lunch. The only thing this Kohl's needed was a "map" up front so that we didn't have to circle the entire store looking for the restroom.

Given the Number of 20% off coupons that you can usually find online, it's actually pretty rare to find something much less expensive on Amazon. I'm a big fan of paying the extra two dollars and being able to wear something home. Good spot, decent prices, a nice place to go when you need something relatively soon. What's not to love!

I felt the pricing was pretty fair and they had a lot of name brand quality clothes to choose from in many different sizes. The clothing was all in good condition with no rips or stains. They have the clothes organized in a way that makes it easy to see everything easily. The racks are spaced appropriately and there is enough space to be able to move the items on the rack easily to see the item clearly. There was easy parking and the hours of business are great too. I was told to bring in everything as it is an all-season store. So, I brought in six bags (four were smaller Walmart size bags) with unworn dresses, new leather sandals (it's nearly summer), and a few clean, unstained items I thought would sell well. I was told it would take an hour for them to review my items. That was fine--except I asked them what I should do if it took longer because I needed to be home in an hour and a half when my children got off the bus. They said if I wasn't back to pick up my items before the end of the day the offer for any of them would be gone and they would donate them. They said it was "their system," and they couldn't do anything to get around it. People run systems last I checked, machines are not in charge. When I suggested other options (can I come first thing tomorrow) if they weren't done in an hour, my suggestions were batted down with increasing irritation. I couldn't come back later because of my daughter's baseball game. It was very frustrating and would not have been an issue had it all been explained to me over the phone when I'd called earlier. I chose to gamble, and they did get my items sorted. They chose to take ONE item-- a pair of Old Navy shorts with the tag still on them. I can't prove it was out of spite. I hope not. I like supporting small businesses, but I could read the room and that felt weirdly personal. I suppose that's their right. It's also my right to let people know about my experience so you can make an informed choice.

My little dude and I sauntered in on a lazy Saturday, in need of a few good work shirts. The other standard blue ones had been worn so much, they were asking me to replace them. They had a killer sale 3/$99 and it was just was I needed. I found a number of different options in the size I needed and for the couple patterns I liked and they didn't have in my size, they ordered them and shipped them to my house for free. I found the Joseph Abboud shirts to be the roomiest and softest of the bunch. There were plenty of pattern options and to boot they had a couple with French Cuffs! The gent who helped me was super helpful, very chill and made the experience very pleasant. He was knowledgeable about the products, made helpful suggestions and was much more interested in helping me find something that worked well, rather than just selling me something. While we often stray from big chains, the products and service here were good enough that we'll definitely be back!
