My mortgage was very complex and had lots of moving parts. First off, I'm self employed, and all of us self employed people fear the loan process. Second, my purchase was contingent upon multiple other escrows closing. Third, I lived out of state and did this all over email and telephone. Bo did an amazing job, he was organized, communicated every little detail, helped me in the areas I didn't understand.
