They said Saturday is the busiest day and wait can be 2 hours but it's worth it. They say most people check in, do errands, then come back when they call. The nail techs do a great job and an excellent attention to detail. The staff is friendly and they do amazing nail art. They look their time and I appreciate the work. The energy between the nail ladies and the clients was very positive. They seem to really care about their regulars. Good vibes. Even with the wait time being so long, I will be coming back. An MUA by the name of Brittany Smith is employed here. She was hired to do make-up for my wedding…read moreday. A non-refundable deposit was paid eight months prior to the wedding date. On the morning of the wedding, the wedding party arrived later to the venue than MUA was told to be there and said MUA Facebook messaged myself and stated because of being tardy "we" then owed her an extra ninety dollars for her gas and time sitting at the venue waiting on us. ( Mind you, she was booked for the entire day regardless what time anyone arrived) Prior to this, the fee for the day per "face" had been discussed and travel fee was included, per the MUA. After arguing with me, I fired said MUA. She then proceeded to post on social media, tagged me, and continuously bashed me and tried to publicly harm my name. From that post, I received hate mail messages the entire day of my wedding from her "followers" on social media. I am a dental professional, things of this nature could and would reflect badly on myself and my office as a whole. She also private messaged my husband to ask him for extra money on the day of our wedding. We did not have any legal agreement that any extra monies would be in question on any accounts. I would not recommend using this person for her services due to her lack of professionalism and bedside manner. She has an attitude that could potentially ruin any special occasion as she tried to do with mine. Harassing and publicly bashing someone is something I would never want for anyone else on their wedding day. *This does not reflect on the salon as a whole; only on said person.

Over a month ago, I scheduled an appointment with Dermatology Specialist. I am a new patient here…read moreand decided to go with this doctor due to their availability. I really needed to get in sooner but this was the first available. While setting the appointment, the office set me up an account, got my insurance information and personal information. They told me a date and time and I confirmed with them the time specified. The day finally comes for me to come in and I noticed that I had not received a reminder text or call, which I thought was unusual as most doctors these days will send a reminder. I get to the office 25 minutes early to take care of new patient paperwork and I was told no appointment was set. They have my account information that was set up that day but they did not actually have an appointment for me. I had moved around meetings at work to make the time they had told me and driven nearly 45 minutes to get here. I expressed my concern as they looked for other available days nearby. They agreed to see me today but set it for hours later than my appointment time. I sat in the waiting room watching patient after patient come in to the waiting room and go back for treatment. Finally my name was called. The assistant put me in a room and asked me what I was there for. I told her a few concerns and said I would like an overall check up. The assistant left the room and returned with a paper gown. The doctor was very thorough, Listened to everything I had to say, and seemed generally interested In addressing my concerns. I'm pleased they were able to work me in but feel like it shouldn't have been an issue to begin with if the office had set the appointment line they told me. I will say however that those who had an appointment that did not get messed up were seen fairly quickly.,
