Nobody is really in charge. Last year two members of the administration left so they hired a couple of other people to take their places but they aren't qualified & don't engage well with the kids. To see the new principle is like spotting big foot. She also hates kids. Currently many families are angry at the administration for various yet legitimate reasons. I know of several families who are going to leave & I don't blame them. Religion sets rules but Jesus sets free. This place lacks grace and compassionate hearts. It's becoming a tribe of Pharisees as far as I can see & and I know a lot of people who agree with me.

Seriously though, there's a reason why they've lasted so long, and keep running a successful school, and that is consistency. Twenty years apart, my son and his mother both attended Bair's, and both had the same impressions - how they learned a lot and were kept engaged in class (which is no small feat considering the subject matter), and how both really enjoyed driving different kinds of vehicles, and getting the different perspectives and philosophies of different instructors. These people obviously care about how our kids drive after classes Are long over and done with, and as the parent of a teen in today's world, I appreciate that. All the schools appear to cost right around the same price, but this one in my opinion, has stood the test of time by just being better. Again, that is just my opinion.
