To be clear: 3 stars is not bad. It's average. And that's what my sandwich was. I wanted to LOVE it but I just didn't. Ingredients were fresh, and I was so excited for my Turkey Brie-Jon but it just didn't quite have the wow factor despite its clever name. The bread was fresh, but truly rustic and will tear up your mouth! Service was quick & friendly on a Tuesday after the lunch rush. I'm not giving up, place is worth a try and I'll give it another go next time I'm in the area.

BLUF: Super nice staff, cool little shop, food ok, great variety of beverages, moderately priced deli. The locals raved about this little deli, so I had to give it a try. Had a good experience ordering inside and it seemed like a lot of people ordered online for pick up. The cold sandwich I had was ok. There wasn't much to it which may have affected the flavor. A bit too bland. I love that they bake the ciabatta baguettes in-house, but the bread didn't have a lot of flavor either. A good sandwich needs good bread. They get major points for fresh bread, but the turkey & swiss sandwich didn't leave me with a drool factor. Cappuccino was unremarkable & expensive for a 6oz cup. Worth the drive? Only to meet up & spend time with friends or family. If you're local & want to take a stroll to grab some quick eats? Definitely. The staff are awesome.

Quaint and at the same time fully stocked of interesting drinks and things. Super decent prices too... a large iced coffee is $3.49! Also they offer a nice root beer float that includes the bottle of root beer! I saw lots of locals popping in and out as well. Lots of free parking, and the staff was friendly and knowledgeable! There's also a kitchen that will whip up all kinds of sandwiches and yummy things to eat. Most highly recommended... by the way, it's located in the really nice, strolling part of Kensington!

Drove over 20 minutes and this place was so worth it! Beautiful store with friendly staff. Even the manager (Aaron), was out working the front with his staff. It was around noon so there were a good amount of people, but we were still served extremely quickly! I was surprised because we ordered four sandwiches and a coffee but it was all delicious, and well worth the price! They also had a great selection of wine and chips, I can't wait to go back.

Little pricey but it deserve and the portions are hugeee anyway so I made my lunch today with the left overs! If its weekend you can wait little long, but it deserve again:) İ really like the pea soup with hot dog. My Greek omlette was tasty. The sandwich is good, bread and everything the way they make. The best thing is the The deli meats they put inside, pastrami, turkey breast, tongue... Aaand I also tried something sweet from the bakery part! It was good too. I like it, I will finish it with my coffee, after my lunch.Maybe they have to add a few thing which made my dairy products... A bit light things:) I only didn't like the coffee. It was bitter and like old taste... Ambience was good.especially when they made the temperature I like the place. It wasn't cold at all. Normally in America they put the AC on. Never check the people if they are cold or not! The temperature was ideal... I think I have to visit the place more often

I loved every bite. I just wish I would have known to get it toasted. The regular white bread isn't doing it for me but that's minor. Tuna 8/10 The tuna was prepared really well, the crunch from the bread and the softness from the tuna was a great combo. The only thing I would change is some more seasoning on the tuna would push it over the time for me.

I really liked that the condiments came separately so each guest could schmeer as much or as little as they wanted. (Or in my case, purist that I am, avoid altogether). There was also a bountiful assortment of pickles, so necessary for rounding out the sandwich with a nice acidic snap! I recommend.

We were seated immediately and had water brought to our table. Menu was extensive, with overstuffed sandwich classics like Reubens and clubs, salads and classic fare like knishes and lox. They also serve breakfast all day. I had the grilled veggie wrap. It came with homestyle potato chips. My companion had a tuna melt (solid albacore) with pepper jack cheese on an English muffin (also with chips). Both portions were huge. The veggies were still crunchy but cooked thoroughly (zucchini, squash, peopers and onions) with red pepper hummus stuffed in a huge burrito style spinach tortilla. Comfort food done well. As a bonus there was a pickle bar of half sour, full sour pickles, cornichons, sauerkraut and pickled peppers. Favorites were the half sour pickles and sauerkraut (went well with the wrap). Great meal!

The Castellano had a crisped pile of gorgeous beef, with crispy fries, and super fresh veggies (basically a cheeseburger on a sub). My husband ordered this one, so I didn't taste it personally but he absolutely LOVED it. The Thommy, The Three Fingers is a chopped cheese. It's, by god, the best I've ever had in my life. I add peppers, provolone and mayo and an extra side of tzatziki (labeled garlic cucumber on the menu), and oil and vinegar (which tastes like Italian dressing, but who's counting?). The bread is phenomenal. I may literally just order a sub roll with no ingredients one day, just so I can eat it toasted with butter, with every meal I have. It's soft and fluffy, crispy and chewy all at the same time. (It almost gives bagel, but not tough). I also got the y cheesecake. Not as special, perhaps from the Cysco truck (iykyk), but I still bought it and scarfed it down. Strawberry topping was def the average canned-strawberry topping (but I personally love that). I cannot stress, the food is OUT OF THIS WORLD! As for service, the entire team is so friendly and helpful. They kid around, make silly jokes and make sure your order is prepared fresh and fast. It isn't "fast food fast", but also doesn't taste like shit either, so the wait is worth it. At most 10-15 min if you don't call ahead. As for seating, in winter there are only two two-tops so seating is extremely limited. It is mostly a deli-and-get-outta-here kind of place, but nonetheless welcoming and charming. They have tons of Italian memorabilia all over the walls including giant GodFather posters, taxi plates and more. Today was my first time inside, but I've had my husband go pick up food several times on the way home. I cannot live without one of these subs AT MINIMUM once a month.
