The owner has a rewards program he manipulates as he see fit. You'll have points then they'll disappear after spending so much money and time to get them. He'll drop down the rate at which you acquire them. Or turn the rewards system off completely. I know because I used to work there and he would tell me about doing those things to make more money. However the rewards program is his he justifies his pricing.... Make it make sense.... Especially at $120,000 a month in sales.... There's no reason to do that other than greed. read more
