Our food came with bread and olive tapenade, followed by salad and tuna steak for me along with entrecôte for the rest of the group. Dessert followed, we got their lemon sorbet icecream and creme brûlée, both were decently portioned and a great treat to end the evening with. There is a lady that is part of the team there, she is delightful and super friendly.

This was our last night in France and it was a perfect way to end our trip. First the atmosphere…read moreof this small restaurant is really great. The noise level really allows you to have good time with friends but it is quiet enough o have a one one dinner. The walls are covered w/ wine bottles and menu's are written on chalk boards with white chalk, creates a special environment. The somolier also chose very good wine to pair with the food and it was reasonably priced. We were 6 all together and we managed to order all but 2 things that were on the menu and I must say everything was excellent. The starters included a broccoli soup w/ lime chantilly and smoked Salmon, this was really tasty. The root vegetable and crispy tart w/ meat was delicious the rock octopus w/ beans in a Mediterranean salad was awesome! Finally the lightly poached egg w/ mashed celery in chantelly cream was also very good. Our main courses were a fillet of sea-bass w/ artichoke, olives, red peppers and anchovies. The Pluma de patanegra with mashed potatoes was awesome this pork dish had so much flavor that I would have licked the plate had nobody been looking, really great. The double pork chop was very tasty with garlic juice and "granille"potatos. The hanger steak was also really good as well as the ravioli stuffed with "double nicoise", onions, mushrooms and slow cooked ham. Finally the dessert were really good as well, my favorite was the waffle! this was delicious, homemade w/ cream and a chocolate caramel drizzled on top. I can't remember the details of the others but the pics give a hint as to how good they were.

By 8pm it starts getting busy and before 9pm there is a waiting line. Only reason not getting 5 stars is that the service starts lacking once the restaurant becomes full (expediitors just drop off food and walk away without saying a word), and haven't seen my waitress in a while.

The pizza seemed like regular old pizza, it was so chewy and had a great bite. The cheeses also melded together so well. Loved loved loved. The gluten free pasta was penne which I was slightly disappointed because all gluten free places only offer penne pasta as the alternative and I would have thought this place would be different given it so highly touts its gluten free options. The truffle dish was still outstanding, the flavor was so decadent and creamy but not weighing you down, and I loved how much sauce there was. We have leftovers! I got the limencello spritz and my friend got the Gigi mojito. Hers was definitely on the sweet side but it tasted like fresh orange. We both were like... is there alcohol in here? There was. The prices were pretty consistent with higher end gluten free Italian, not too bad. The service was so slow. I know we are in France so typically it's slower and more of an "enjoy your meal and the experience" but our table was noticeably not tended to as much as others. For example our drinks took legit 15 mins to come out after ordered them... Overall though, the food carried the restaurant. No air flow inside except for a small oscillating fan so if it's nice enough outside, that's actually your best bet. The inside has pretty lights and the chairs we sat on were green velvet which is pretty cool.
Outdoor seating.
