I love this place! I have consigned here (make an appointment!), shopped here and always bring out of town girlfriends/family members here. We always leave with something. My 6 yr old daughter also loves to join because of the jewelry chest she gets to play with and take home a necklace. When I consigned, they didn't take everything. And I am SO OK with that because that means the racks aren't stuffed with meh selections and they actually curate their offerings. But make an appointment--it's required and they book out! That is a very standard practice for any consignment store that doesn't just take all clothes as donations. When I shop, I always appreciate the fair pricing and selection. Work out clothes, cute tops, event dresses, jeans, bags, jewelry... I've gotten it all! I'm 39 and feel the selection hits my trendy/conservative style & demographic well. I hesitated, even writing this review. I was in there recently and asked to hold one of their " Expensive bag" as I was told by the associate. I asked if I could hold it to see if there's an authentication number or anything that would provide that it is a legitimate authentic designer item. I was then met with the lady, pulling it back and holding it close to her body being told that they don't let people touch the "expensive bags" because they don't want fingerprints on it. It was a wool bag to be clear. I love buying vintage and secondhand because it's sustainable and I usually get my mom a nice bag for her birthday. So it was super excited about this find. But I ended up finding it on another legitimate resale site for much cheaper. I will end this review as saying, I did feel very much profiled by her. read more

This place is FABULOUS!! I have found so many great items to add to my wardrobe. My mom even found some jeans that fit her perfectly, and that's hard to do for her, since she's so small. We've both bought numerous pieces of jewelry, which is why I don't come here more often. I end up buying far too much jewelry. The one lady who can often be found working at the counter (forgot to ask for her name, I'm horrible) was a huge help the last time I went in about a week ago. I needed to find something to wear to my company Christmas party that night, and she helped pick some items that would work perfectly. I'll also be able to use both the skirt and jacket I bought on many other occasions, so it was more than worth the purchase. To my delight, they had just gotten in multiple pairs of Freebird shoes in my size. I have always wanted, and have never was able to afford Freebird boots... Until now! $54 for a pair of booties that would've easily cost over $200! My only gripe is that I live far too close to this store. In fact, I can see it from my balcony. The pain of holding myself back from walking down there daily is almost too much to bear! read more

**Unwelcoming, rude, unprofessional.** News flash. This isn't Rodeo Drive, ladies. I drove a half hour to consign a TRUNK LOAD of my spring season, dry cleaned Michael Kors, Banana, Chanel, Gucci, Kate, Louis, Ann Taylor, Saks, Tory, some Lulu, and Northface and Patagonia outerwear light jackets. Everything was freshly pressed on hangers. (That, I found out is a big no-no. No hangers allowed.) The ladies saw me in my workout gear, ponytail, running errands look. As a first timer, I was given the appalling "DO YOU HAVE AN APPOINTMENT?! It's Tueeeeeeeesday! We don't even consign on Tuesdays typically!" greeting. Followed by "WELL, (sigh) what brands do you have?" In shock, I just stood there. Looking at them. I said, "I just drove a half hour. I lost 60 lbs! This is my first time here. I saw you have lots of great reviews and thought I'd give you a try. (In my friendliest, outgoing voice) Do you just want to take a look?" They said they'd get to me when they could, in the most dismissive, judgmental tone and gave me THE LOOK - you know... the bulging eyeballs look? I haven't experienced that glare since middle school. Big mistake. Huge. I'm now driving directly to donate these items to Dress for Success. Regardless of how you judged me today (gals working on TUEEEESDAY 2/25/25 at 2:00ish), I'm a Creative Director that has excellent style. I have worn these pieces to present to top level clients across the globe. I hope you use this as constructive feedback to never treat another human like that again. The clothes I saw in there were meh. Demographic 60+. Nice handbag and wallet selection. Jewelry was okay? I guess? Minimal. Rings look like they've been there for 15 years. And the candle you're burning in your store made me want to gag. After waiting for 15 min, I finally walked out. My stuff NEVER MADE IT OUT OF THE TRUNK. I'm glad though. It's a small business so ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ The clothing itself is overpriced and little dated. For example, there was a cute pair of Ann Taylor slacks from at least 2 seasons ago for $30. Im sure if I go to Ann Taylor, this pair wold be on clearance + 20-40% off. They do have some cute workout gear at a reasonable price, hence the 3 stars. read more

As a shopper: They do a great job with getting items on the floor quickly, so expect inventory to change weekly. The owners are super sweet and helpful, and you could easily spend a few hours here just browsing and chatting. The shop itself is cute, but keep in mind that their customers are mostly middle aged Arvadan women, so you won't find a lot of edgy or fashionista pieces here. That said, I've never left empty handed! As a consignor: 5 stars. They are fast, thorough, honest and give me fair prices for my items. They only take clothing on Tuesdays, so keep that in mind. All in all, I love this shop and visit often. read more

The place is organized, but the quality of the pieces was not compatible with the list of "rules" we have to follow to consign there. I saw a bunch of items from Ross, Marshalls, and Zara all over. Their vibe is more for women aged 50 and above, if you're interested. read more

Try to get some sort of receipt for what is accepted for consignment. Four items were accepted. Two cashmere sweaters and two Silk pullovers. When I called to check the staus, they were confused. The following day call back, I was told the items were donated due to damage even though they accepted the items. Curious. They didn't recall what was left. I have no recourse. They claim not to know what was left. And I have no receipt. I've done business with Boulder Recycler. You get printed receipt before leaving stores which is run by back country hippys. Huge store. They have a system that works. Sometimes the claim of elite does not transfer to end result. read more

I'm a regular consignor and shopper at OTE. The ladies are super friendly, the shop is nicely organized and the clothing, shoes and accessories are VERY well priced. I'm a big consignment shopper and rarely leave without finding something I "have to have..." OTS is a great place to find high end-goodies without the high-end prices! read more

Wanted so very much to like this cute little shop. I brought clothes and shoes in to have sold, and due to COVID, understandably, the store was closed down. Any attempt at communication was a huge miss. Emails bounced back inquiring about my consigned items, and when I came in after they opened simple questions Q: I have three items still in the store still, curious, what are they? A: I WISH you would have told us you were coming, so we could pack it up for you. (Rude. Not what I was asking.) and Q: the rest of the items were donated then? A: We TRIED to call you to let you know. (Again, rude. Not what I was asking. Also a lie. There were zero attempts at a call. I never received a voicemail.) I had no problem with my clothes that were not accepted being donated, and I had no problem with items still on the floor to be sold, but because the relationship soured quickly with nearly hostile answers to genuinely kind and inquiring questions, I asked to have everything packed up. Will never set foot in the store again. My feeling is they are great when you are BUYING things, but any relationship with consignment feels adversarial, sadly. There are way better shops out there. Sorry, Olde Town, pretty bummed on that experience. read more

Cute shop, the lady in the shop is very accommodating, prices are reasonable and it's a girl's lil shop to try on dresses, shoes and accessories! I think i spent a whole hour trying their stuff! Stopped by today to drop-off some items and ended up picking up a new purse (of course!). The owner was so friendly and has such a good business model. The store was clean and organized making it easy to see everything available. The items were all in great shape and priced well allowing you to buy some used pieces and not feel like you are breaking the bank! They typically take items in on Tuesday's and Friday's because they have extra staff to help but she was kind enough to look through my things since I had them with me on a Thursday. This consignment shop is definitely worth a stop! You won't be disappointed with the great quality and condition of the items and you most definitely won't be disappointed with the great prices! read more

I love this place! I've been coming here for a couple months now to consign and to buy. It's a super cute place, and they're very selective about what items they take, which greatly benefits the customers. Everything is high quality and in great shape, many items completely unused! Everything is reasonably priced, and prices decrease each month or so that an item is in the store, so if you like something and it doesn't get snatched up right away, you can watch it and maybe catch it on sale! But things seem to go pretty quickly here. Every time I go in there are fun, new items to browse through! The staff, Nadine and Nancy plus a couple other women from time to time, are super sweet! I always end up in there longer than I intend to be just chatting with them. They remember me when I return and are super sweet to my daughter as well, which I appreciate! I have been coming here since it opened and just can't say enough for the quality of the items and the service that Nadine and Nancy provide. I have taken many items over for consignment and have sold just about everything. What doesn't sell goes to a great charity or you can pick it up and take it to your own charity.
