I doubt she even showed my complaint or video to her father because her husband was the installer who caused the damage. When removing the exterior trim, he didn't score with a knife. Up to 1.75" of wood and paint was ripped, surrounding the two garage doors. Her solution? She told me it wasn't their job to paint. But, husband would be happy to install trim for an additional $250! Charging me extra to fix damage he caused it ridiculous. They also failed to adjust the one garage door that is manually raised and lowered. If you lift it halfway up, doesn't hold and slams to the ground. When I complained, daughter asked if I checked the door before they left? It's not my job to double check a professional installer's work. Save your money and go elswhere. They protect family incompetence, damage your property and attempt to extort you for more money to fix their mistakes.
