This past time I told them I was suffering from severe sleep apnea as in I don't sleep but 1-2 hours a night and feel like I'm suffocating. They told me "well you know a sleep study isn't going to fix it there are more steps to take" ,Yes I am aware but I just told both of you my level of suffering and do you think NOT scheduling a sleep study for more than a week is helping or prolonging my suffering?? These people do not care. They just want to keep you going to more and more appointments to drain your insurance company regardless of how you are. This is not to mention my first time seeing someone other than Dr Haines. It wasn't any better.
