We contacted Forever Green for a petrified plant arrangement we saw online in March of 2018. After…read moreshowing them the photo of what we liked with a couple changes (no roses, succulents in; antlers added), we were told this would not be a problem but in fact, we were subsequently told "I don't have anything like that arrangement made up currently. All our floral is coming from overseas and I'm not sure I want to invest too much in these pieces, what if I cant resell them? Next week we can try and construct something similar. All of my designers are out until Monday." So we waited and then followed up after two weeks since surely the designers should be aware of our order by then but still nothing. We kept checking in and over a month later, finally received an awful e-proof that looked nothing like what we wanted. However, we figured, it's a start and we could continue to customize based on our original design. Unfortunately during this process of retelling what we wanted, the owner, Karen, was unable to handle it and rudely told us "Forever green does not need your business". They then send me an email saying that I am asking for something that is "too specific" and "we can not do that for you". Which is ironic because I received another email from them saying that our item was "ready to ship". In short: Karen @ Forever Green does not have the patience or tolerance to deal with customers. She gave us way too many excuses as to why they couldn't get started on our small order after nearly two months. She was extremely defensive about everything and totally rude right from the get go. As a repeat customer, I expected better and kinder service. Look elsewhere if you want good customer service.
