Every time one of their guys have come to my house, they've been nothing but nice, and always taken the time to explain to me plainly about what's going on. Even the answering service was very nice to me! I've called them out for small issues before, but I went with them for replacing my water and sewer lines to my house. My house is 60 years old, and I'm pretty sure my lines are just as old. I was actually surprised they were the cheapest quote (one local company quoted me $200 more, while another it was $1,000 more!), and if it had been anyone else I would've been worried about the quality of the work.
