Very great little spot in Greenwood. Mediterranean flare (Italian, Greece). Had the Penne Al Vodka with chicken. Came out piping hot and with a large buttered bread. It had a ton of flavor. The beer and wine is limited only my brands. They have all the staples for each category you need. Very friendly staff. Great little gem. The pizzas looked amazing. I was jealous I didn't order one as I saw others being delivered

Good Mediterranean food and service. Stopped in for dinner. We decided to split a gyro Greek salad and Chicken calzone. The gyro in the salad was very flavorful. The calzone was huge and tasty as well.

We didn't even know this place existed. It's well hidden off the main road, but so worth the visit!! We were met with a very nice and informative waitress. The food was fabulous! It was flavorful the plates are loaded with food when they come out. The restaurant is clean and well laid out. The bathrooms are also super clean. We took home four additional plates and the food was fresh and delicious. They offer a drive thru for those of you who don't have time for a sit down dinner in a restaurant. Will definitely be back!!

Let me start with the server we had was very nice and super accommodating and honestly she deserves a better place to serve at because the food we had was a monstrosity. Call Gordon Ramsey because this was a kitchen nightmare. My fiancé and I agreed the best part of the meal was the wine we had. The garlic bread was hardly even cooked and slathered in butter not toasted in the slightest. We both ordered pasta and mine should have came with penne but we were told that it was too late for them to make penne at 7:30pm so I had to have spaghetti or fettuccine noodles with my penne all vodka with chicken. On top of that our pasta came out extremely watery and tasted worse than a jar sauce. The chicken was yellow in the most unappealing way. I took two bites and could not eat anything more. Definitely save yourself of the trouble and don't eat here. After we made them aware we were unhappy, the chef came out to say he could make it with penne and when we declined he shrugged us off like shit on his shoe. We were told we could come back for a free meal but there was zero voucher to indicate we were told this. Very very disappointed. DO BETTER.

We are visiting in Greenwood and stopped here because it's close to our hotel. We're so happy we stopped here. We got chicken shish kabobs, which were yummy! Very light and tasty. And our server, Caroline, was super friendly and helpful.

Had a nice meal here . You can tell The owner /chef has pride in his product . I Had the shrimp with rose' sauce. Table had calzones and lasagna and chicken parm as well. 8 jumbo shrimp in my pasta dish. Great flavor and a hint of spice. Not hot , but a little spicy. More than enough for food for 2 meals. Chicken parm Was a lighter version not heavily Breaded , but delicious. Garlic bread nothing to remark about. A sub roll toasted with some garlic butter . Kate was beautiful and lovely . Only constructive complaint is she left dirty plates in front of us for almost half hour. Her co-worker that night didn't seem to want to be there either. But 4 for sure. We would go back mostly for the food. Be advised they only serve soda. Tea and beer. No wine. You can bring your own for a $5 corking fee.

Never thought I would find a Mediterranean/ Italian restaurant in the middle of a small college town, but here is the Olive Branch. Hands down the best I've ever tasted. From the bread sticks to the Hummus everything was superb. Me and my family showed up at 6pm. Our waitress was extremely nice and attentive. We ordered cheesy bread sticks as an appetizer. Beef , Lasagna with meat sauce, Shrimp Fettuccine in Rose' sauce and a personal pizza for my youngest daughter. The beef was seasoned to perfection and a tender medium cooked steak. Greek Salas was fresh and great. The Lasagne was just outstanding as well as the Shrimp Fettuccine. Nothing about this meal could be complained about. From the service to the speed of the kitchen getting us our meals. We were done boxed up and paid the bill in less than a hour. And the price? For the portion sizes to feed 4 people and beverages the cost was under 90 dollars This will be our go to spot every time we come to visit my daughter in college.

I had purchase a baklava cheesecake, a molten lava cake, a rice pudding lentil soup with pita bread. Unfortunately, though, they were out of the molten lava cake, so they gave me an extra cheesecake. The service was amazing, and I have to say about the ambience. Pretty chill there was hardly anyone there and you know what? This was a wonderful experience for me. I highly recommend this restaurant. If you never been, this will really open your perspective truly.

One of the best Mediterranean restaurants Augusta has to offer. This Turkish restaurant has a wide…read morevariety of grilled options to choose from starting from your classic chicken kebobs, gyros, to rib eye steak kebobs. Their platter option comes with rice and pita along with a small container of sauce. Their meats are about 7oz per kebob, so the $17.50 chicken Kebob is a single kebob with a hefty portion, but not a cheap cost. They are also flexible on substituting one kebob for another, especially if you get the mixed platter, but there is a surcharge. The meats are grilled freshly on the spot and very moist. The rice isn't dry and the balance of everything comes together well. Food isn't greasy or heavy, especially if you're cautious on getting the cleaner options like chicken kebob and rice. Shishkebab always seem to have some special to take advantage of. For example, their Father's Day special is a 4 meat mixed fajitas for $25. The interior design is quite unique with a small shop area on the side with Turkish chocolates and desserts for sale. Most of the restaurant looks like any normal restaurant with booths and tables, but another corner has been furnished for more of a traditional Turkish look. The furnishing makes it look like a hookah lounge; looks quite relaxing to dine sitting there. They also have unique Turkish weapons and dolls furnished along the walls giving this place a unique authentic vibe. Overall, the food is not heavy and pretty healthy if you get basic stuff like chicken & rice and not go too heavy on the sauces/sides. I really enjoyed eating their food and certainly will be back. Highly recommend this place as they are definitely one of the best Mediterranean food restaurants in Augusta.

The lady started friendly but seemed cold when I looked at iPad to review the bill. We ordered 2 sandwiches- 1 gyro and 1 shawarma. It CLEARLY on the menu says it comes with a side of fries, Greek salad, hummus, pita etc. Nowhere does it mention an up-charge for anything. I saw it said +$2.50 for each of the sides we asked for with the sandwich. I questioned this and she gave me a face like "how dare I question?" And just said "nothing is included with Sandwich, even fries". It literally contradicts what is on the menu! She said she'll tell her manager. Anyway- that was weird. Also, on the mixed grille it came with the tiniest pieces of pita, almost offensive, given the price. The entrance feels nicer for a take out place with the fake plants on the walls, but the back is closed off and the bathroom is dirty. Overall, I'd really only go for take out. And know they're cheap and will nickel and dime you.

Then came the HUGE PLATES of food. Greek Salad, Chicken Kabob, Jerusalem Kabob, Lamb Chops and Rice Pilaf. Wow! Everything was delicious and flavorful. The chicken was seasoned well and tender. The Jerusalem Kabob was perfectly seasoned and the Lamb Chops were cooked perfectly, tender and flavorful. The rice was different than I was used to, it had raisins in it. My husband doesn't like rice but couldn't stop eating it. The young man helping us was so nice and helpful. We will definitely be back!!!
