Our POA set up with this group to do a check on our sprink system at each house. It was in spring before sprinkler season. work was complete. On March 30, we paid our deposit to start an area to put an above ground pool. It is to be a retaining wall and ground leveling with sand. They started on April 7 and 8 with the wall and leveling. We wanted the project to be done by Memorial Day. On April 19, they had not called or been back so we called them and he said they were behind due to the rain and we told them we understood. They told us they would get back as soon as they could. On May 12, we called them again and agreed with them to add fill dirt to the large sinking hole in the yard. They assured me again that they would be here either on Friday the next day or Monday the 16th for sure. On June 2, we again called them as there had been no contact from them. They again suggested that we add fill dirt and we again agreed to do so. We told them we just needed to get it done. They told me since we were adding the dirt we would not have to wait for dry weather and they would be here Monday the 6th...RAIN OR SHINE. They have still not shown up or called. In April, we also hired them to mow for us every other week. They mowed 1time in mid May and have not been since nor have they called. It has certainly been a horrible start to our summer. read more

Met with Andrew, the owner, and told him what we wanted and we discussed options. Expressed our concern about some drainage and water issues and asked that they be addressed when estimating our new flower beds. Was given a price and agreed and put our down payment down. When beds were installed no dirt or soil was brought in. We were suppose to have weed barrier installed in all beds and choose river rock for the beds instead of mulch. Before the entire job was completed two plants died. I contacted them about it and how the beds needed to be filled in more with rock and about a storm door glass that was broken while the beds and rock were being placed. They did come add more rock but I had to get estimate to fix glass so he could take off bill. I had one bed installed to move all my existing plants to and they planted new plants in other beds. When I went to plant my plants there was no weed barrier installed that I was charged for. It took over a month to get them to come replant the dead plants. He argued with me that there was weed barrier and I explained I just dug in multiple areas and there was no weed barrier. He finally agreed to refund me which was $100. So that was end of summer. Fast forward to this spring and the same two plants didn't make it through winter. I replaced them since they wouldn't. Then three plants in front didn't come back. He refused to replace them. Then the Japanese maple he planted didn't come back. I called and asked him to come by to see why. Was it planted correctly? Diseased? What? So I am already out 5 plants and now a tree. He promised to come out and do a soil sample and verify if planted correctly within a week. He still hasn't come by and it has been over a month. There was nothing done for the water drainage issue and flower bed isn't built up at all and kind in a "hole" or low area. Not great service during and after was horrible. Now when adding additional plants to other beds found they are missing weed barrier as well. Horrible work and horrible customer service. Plant quality horrible. Was told there is no warranty on plants. Would not recommend at all. read more
