There is a very long drama here, but the cliff notes version is this; Justin was a great therapist, and the only reason I tolerated this nonsense as long as I did. My child was discharged for no reason, no notice, nothing. They had already given her appointment "slot" away, and we could not get it back. Miss more than 3 sessions in a calendar year? OUT! Arrive more than 10 minutes late? Cancellation fee! Have to go inpatient because you're so depressed, and not functioning. Guess what's waiting for you when you get discharged...nothing. That's what. Better start the process of finding a new therapist all over again! Dont let the good reviews fool you. This place is after one thing and one thing only. And btw Susan...your outdated Amazon decor looks like "live laugh love" threw up in a 1 star Olive Garden. Yes, now I'm being petty. read more

I've been here about 5 times since it opened. I felt Noreen was able to listen to my situation, get all the facts analyze and help me through the situations very well. Other than that, coming to the Olive Branch is very welcoming. The staff is very nice, the place smells nice, it's easy on the eyes since it doesn't look like an office like most therapist offices I see, and I can't get enough of the couches. I highly recommend checking out Olive Branch Therapy if you're looking for help. They have such a beautiful and welcoming building. They not only accept insurance, but they're also super responsive and help with any aspect of billing that you need. They have multiple therapists who I know specialize in a bunch of things like EMDR, art therapy, CBT, sand tray for kids, play therapy, college age, couples counseling, grief, depression, anxiety, and more! It's cool that they have specific rooms for a lot of their therapies like a play room, an art room, and a sand tray room. They also even do online telehealth therapy to anyone in NJ. I would definitely check it out since they can truly help a whole range of people! They're also super close to Rutgers University so it's a really great place to go if you attend the school. read more
