We came in on a Friday night, waited about 20 minutes to be seated which was pretty decent for a Friday. As we got seated I put my kids food in on the little table tablet. Our server came and got our drink order and we also ordered calamari and our entrees. The 2/5 stars is for the service. We got a lot of "sorry" from our server. Our waters had ice when we ordered no ice. Sorry. Our calamari came before our soup or salad. Sorry. Our entrees came out really late. Still a line but the wait was less than 10 minutes. The salad was good and the bread was soft and yummy. I can never understand why some places that always have consistent great service has low stars. Every time I come here, they make sure I have everything I order to go. Same when we dine in. Today, we did a to go order. Everything is always neatly packed and correct. Parking can be a doozy as it's always packed. Food I always fresh and delicious. They never give me a hard time about needing extra Romano cheese. This place does tend to get super packed on weekends. The place is clean. Servers are clean. They are welcoming when you walk in. The service at this Olive Garden is just the best. Kim helped us and she was just a wonder. She was so kind to me grandson and when I had to correct him to say please, she just smiled at him and said what he said was great. She paid so much attention to him and listened to him. It is hard to understand him when he speaks. She just stood there and was so happy when we got the words out and she would smile at him some more. He told me he wants to go back to see his friend. Now, they have games on a pad at the table so if you have a kid, get ready to be ignored, but that is fine. Clearly, those games are more interesting than me and his Pop Pop. The place is ever so clean, including the bathrooms and the booths are big and comfortable. The lobby is pretty and the front desk staff is really nice. If I were you I would go around 4 for dinner or it is going to be very crowded. We loved our food. Their never ending salad bowl is just perfect. I am not in love with their bread sticks, but my grandson love them. All of the pastas are super. We had Ziti and a dish with ravioli, linguini and chicken parmesan. All of it was great. We had never had steak there, but my husband was brave and wanted to try it. It came out just as ordered with great vegetables and he was thrilled. Our dinner experience was definitely elevated because of Melzir (sorry for the spelling). He was one of the most lively, professional and accommodating servers I've ever experienced. He made some great recommendations and made sure our bowls, salad and drinks were constantly filled. Servers like him make all the difference in the experience and can make your restaurant go from good to great. The food was made fresh and did not disappoint. I usually don't give low ratings. But I gave them 2 stars because I got seated and after 10 mins of not being offered water or being greeted by a server I had to get up and ask for a manager. The place was busy but most of the Olive Gardens I go to be busy and I still get better service. The food was good as always. I ordered endless pasta bur I didn't order a second plate because the place was just too busy for the servers. I finished my soup and the empty bowl stayed on my table for the whole time I was eating my entree. I think I'm busy nights thry need more help servers bussers. The staff was nice. I was craving some pasta and what better place to go than Olive Garden... I haven't been in a couple of months, so I decided to take myself to dinner. The wait for table of 1 was about 10 minutes, the server Angela was very beautiful with amazing customer service. The food came out faster than my drink but that's okay because I was hungry. Everything was nice! But the only thing that grossed me out and turned my stomach was looking around the restaurant and noticing the fake plants on top of the tables with the booths were a great amount of spider cobwebs and so much dust around the entire area. I immediately asked to pack my food to go and I left. I understand sometimes it could be a hassle to keep a restaurant sparkling clean but a duster and vinegar works very well. I had zero thoughts of speedy service as I couldn't park even remotely close to Olive Garden Restaurant. There were at least 20 persons waiting to get seated for inside dining. I generally order my meals for take-out. To my surprise, I walked right up to the counter, placed my to-go order and was gone in 20 minutes. Now that's service! I did see familiar faces working hard but I could not single anyone out. Everybody was on point. Five stars go to the entire staff today. I could not be happier. This Restaurant is ok. We've been coming here for years and today is our first time with bad experience. Our Waitress was Arlett M. rushed us from the minute we sat down and only showed up to take our order and drop off food. Never once stopped by to check on us. We have empty water glasses that never refilled, we wanted bread but she never showed up until we were almost done. We ordered a bottle of wine, she brought us wet wine glasses that were straight out of the sink or something, wine bottle were not opened and when we let her know it was not opened she brought us the wine opener and just put on the table. Service sucked. I also asked for the Menu so I can place a to go order and she brought the menu but did not come back to take the order. I'm not one to leave reviews but the audacity when it came time to pay, he takes my card and never shows me the tablet to pay but on the receipt I see a charge for gratuity @$19.95 on a $95 bills. It had been a really long time since I had been to Olive Garden. So, when my coworker and I were nearby (May 28, 2025) and wanted soup and salad, we decided to give it a try. The experience was not wow but, we made the best of it. The waitress was alright and she seemed to be trying but, it took a good while to get more salad and soup once we needed more. We only had an hour lunch, so we did not get to enjoy it as much as we had hoped. The salad took nearly 10 minutes to replenish but, the soup took around 15 minutes, so by the time she brought it, there was no time left/ we had to leave. So, I never got to try it fresh and hot before we left. That was really disappointing! We paid using the tablet at the table to save time and I made the mistake of selecting a paper receipt. Since nothing came out, I assumed that I was supposed to pick it up in the front, as I was leaving. We only had three minutes to get back to work so we did not have a lot of time to wait and try to locate the waitress. So, I decided to stop by the front desk on the way out and ask for a receipt. Unfortunately, they said that they would have to locate the waitress to get it. So, I had to forego getting a receipt. This was definitely not the experience we were anticipating. Food is always pretty good. I love the Alfredo. It tastes fresh. The appetizers are delicious and creative. We went on Sunday night for endless pasta. The servings came out super fast. Our server was nice and our food runner was even cooler. (He left us the cheese grater bc we wanted to save his arm haha). It was super busy and was told 20 minute wait, but we were seated in 10 minutes. It was loud, but it's an Olive Garden, not a 5 star restaurant. I've never felt so disrespected at a restaurant as I did during my recent visit to Olive Garden. Our waiter took our order, but things quickly went downhill when he inserted himself into a private conversation at our table. When he was politely told that the conversation didn't concern him, he became visibly upset and told us he would find another server. We all agreed that was best if he felt he could no longer provide good service. A few minutes later, a new server approached to retake our entire order--completely disregarding the time we had already spent. I asked to speak to a manager because our original server had already taken the order and should have communicated with the kitchen. The manager later confirmed that the order was placed and apologized for the confusion. Sadly, this isn't the first time I've experienced poor service at this location. During a previous visit, a different server recognized how badly we were being treated and stepped in to take over. At this point, the pattern is starting to feel racially motivated, and I will never return. Dining out should be a pleasant experience, not one that leaves you feeling disrespected and disregarded.
