I thought I recognized this store too... it used to be in Ruidoso, NM, which has been recently ravaged by rain floods. If you pray, will you say one for those folks and their deceased loved ones? They have a stunning selection of indoor and outdoor furniture, Chimineas, dishes, bowls, table and wall decor, rugs, paintings, light covers, patio chairs and umbrellas, and one-of-a-kind signs--plus so much more! Everything was well-made with great quality, and the prices were very reasonable. The staff (possibly the owners) were incredibly welcoming and friendly. We'll definitely be returning, and I can already see many more visits in the future!

I ordered a plant for my mother as a token of my condolence for the loss of her beloved pet. The plant I selected from their website was just what I was looking for (or so I thought). I was actually impressed with the delivery time- so that was a positive. However, when my mom sent me a picture of what was delivered, it was a sad excuse of a succulent and definitely NOT what I ordered or what was represented on their website. See the pictures for yourself. Sadly, I had to tell my mom I'm sorry for the plant that arrived because it looked pitiful. My mom had to take time out of her day to drive to the florist to show her what was delivered, thinking the situation would be supported with customer service--it was not. It was neither service nor customer friendly. The "florist" presented excuse after excuse, rather than being supportive and making the situation right. Finally, after much dispute and back and forth, the "florist" replaced the plant with a new container-this took 5 days! The replacement was better but still not what was ordered. And to add offense to injury, "florist" wanted the original container returned. Are you kidding me? I will never use this florist again. Customer service is simple: listen, know how to apologize, take ownership, and go the extra mile. They must be drowning in business because none of these approaches were taken, so they don't need my repeat business and they don't need yours! Tyler the owner is really nice to visit with and if you are looking for something special or unique he can probably get it for you. We were wanting a vintage light for our home office and Tyler brought one in and it was just what we were looking for. Walked in not know what I needed for the weeds in my lawn. One of the employees came up to the…read morecounter and I explained what I had and what I was looking for. He actually told me that at this point in the season, any type of weed prevention or elimination would not work very well on my lawn. He said to scalp the lawn (cut it very short) and the weeds would become stressed and eventually die as the season got warmer. I was a little surprised at his response in that he didn't try to sell me something that wouldn't work to my satisfaction. Definitely a place I would trust for all of my outdoor needs. They have great furniture for what may seem to be way higher price than the big chain stores but the quality is better. We got a couch and love seat combo. Beautiful and comfortable. The sales woman was super sweet and knew her sales and if she didn't she made sure she found out. The only down side was like I said earlier is right in the store. Hard to test out the recliners. Will go back in the future.
