The meal was creative, inspired, with an uncommon combination of ingredients that was surprisingly delicious. The pork carnitas dish was so well balanced--the pork was rich and cooked perfectly and balanced with some grilled peach and marinated cherries. The salmon ceviche came with some unique sesame cracker. The texture was delightful when mixed with the salmon and some cucumber, red onion, and bell pepper. The Cloud Bay clams with squid ink noodles was so interesting-- good, but a little too salty for me (but I'm more sensitive to salt than most). Best meal we've had in all of South Island!

We ordered couple of lovely cocktails which were delicious. I got a mezcal cocktail and they had fresh thyme in it. It smelled so amazing that I thought they probably literally picked it up from their garden. Though this is Tapas style, Our server mentioned that between a couple, 3-4 dishes were good.. we were so confused in regards to what to order since everything looked amazing. After having decided about 3-4 dishes we went ahead and ordered the ceviche, the potatoes, the mussels and lamb and loved everything. If you are in the area, highly recommend coming here. Also ususally this place is booked so they appreciate reservations !
