We have proof of their own doings and she never would listen when we told her that regardless we purchased the item from a store and it still was in within a year year and a so the of both of them should've been responsible. We even proved that there was no neglect. Everything was maintenance properly on our side. The people even came to check the item we purchased and see that so far nothing didn't see it there wrong that we did nothing wrong. She first told us that they was gonna settle up for $75,000 without even talking to us about it she turned it down instead of discussing and us tell her if we accept it or not. Then she went and told me 50,000 she was gonna tell them for then a lot of time nothing from her. Then she told me that they wanted to settle for $30,000 then after I told her yes except that I haven't heard from her since then all of a sudden I kept calling ever since that last phone call with her. I kept calling. I went on a Facebook page left messages. On every number she gave me even a lawyer. She said it was on her team that helped she even had us meet with him early on in the past I tried to even call his number, but no one called me back. After a couple of months when somebody finally called me, I call back then the person said they're gonna call me back and give me information that they have to check my file so when they check my files, they said there was no update or anything. And the lady that's on her team that's on our website. She said the quit so that's the same that she told me to stay in contact but I even know that the quit nobody told me anything I've been calling and texting and messaging and nothing with this product that I purchased as that was even a recall on the motor so there's a lot of health hazards product still stay in contact with I never was going on. This was a pro bono case I had to keep telling her to do things. She always said she had other stuff she was doing all she had other cases. I didn't feel like a client of hers and now all these years later after I've done everything I was supposed to case my husband lost his machine. Nobody replaced it with a new machine, we did not get compensation at all for the machine. All for my injuries is like since we were the little guys we didn't matter to the company or to the lawyer. I feel drained sick. I was diagnosed with PTSD from this accident. Also my injuries got worse. This company is a well-known company for this machine. It has a lot of well-known brands that they sell, and I said well if this can happen to me and my husband, this can happen to anyone who purchased the other equipment. The Lawyer I really thought she was my he wrote a fight for what was right, but I felt used pushed to the side even I had to bring up that I did not sign an NDA on this so I wanted to let everybody know about this company and how we was wrong than how nobody gave a care about us because we were we all the little guys. I hope this much more into this how we got treated. And even the lawyers for the company that we were going against they came into town for the deposition. My lawyer was so late. Nobody was in the office. We all had to wait in the little waiting area in the elevators were broke the room that we had the deposition and was really hot and stuffy. We did everything she said and still the outcome did not favor us one bit. My PTSD is worse. I already suffer with depressing anxiety. This made it worse, my depression and anxiety I stayed in I miss more doctors appointments than I usually would. I leaving the house. I never stayed in this long. I never this many appointments. This was horrible all the waiting going back-and-forth all the stress from this if anything by following this lawsuit thinking I had someone that could fight for made my health worse.
