It was by far the largest restaurant I have eaten at in Argentina and had numerous TVs scattered throughout. While it certainly fulfilled the requirements of "game and pizza," there was nothing exceptional or notable about the place. We ordered the medium-sized charcuterie plate and munched happily on salami, olives and blue cheese as the game started. When we asked our waiter for a wine recommendation he said he would check to see what he had in stock. He then proceeded to bring out the most expensive Malbec on the list and emphasize that it was "the best". We accepted (wanting desperately to forget the blistering beating that Argentina was taking on the soccer field) and found the bottle of Alambrado to be average. But average in a country that produces 75% of the world's Malbec is... A bit of a disappointment. Finally, the pizza. We tried the "Yankee" which offered mushrooms, red peppers and olives along with ham and calabreza (if bacon and salami had a baby...). The crust was thin and crunchy. Not bad, but not a pizza I'll be craving a week from now. Overall, a fine experience. But I hope to find a more appealing spot to watch sporting events at in the future.

At night the outside tables are usually taken but if you can snag one I would recommend the chicken or beef empanada and the sfijas. Watch out for the hot juice explosion when you bite into these though. They are the same empanadas as at the Fabrica across the street, and they are the best. It's pretty informal, I've seen guys in suits hold meetings alongside young couples eating pizza. They stay open during the week from 5:30pm to 1:30am, and during the weekends from 7pm to 2. In the mornings they are open Monday to Saturday from 8am to 3pm.

An unexpected find in this town. Decor is new and modern, with dishes that are beyond the usual…read moremeat, pasta, and pizza. Don't get me wrong, they still serve them, but at least it's done with updated taste and presentation. Service was excellent, friendly and warm. They don't charge service fee, which is a bonus. Though prices are slightly above average, maybe the service fee is already priced into the menu.
