I can't speak for the service for every shop but we definitely had a positive experience in the the furniture shop called Room 108. I was also pleased to see how much they upgraded the shops. The inventory improved significantly. The only con it's not an ideal place to dine for lunch or dinner. They have a few small sandwiches places but that's about it.

Over all everything about the store is just ok. No wow factor anywhere for me. Although the sales staff seemed quite helpful from what I observed. This place is pleasant enough for lunch or a drink.

The lady was extremely, extremely helpful…read more Unfortunately everything must be ordered and she estimated delivery would be in 2-3 weeks... but on the plus side they arrived in less than two weeks (although the guy called me to inform me he would be delivering them in 15 minutes - luckily I was home!). They have a big selection in-store so you can see what the options are but basically everything is available in any finish (old silver, silver, gold, white, black), any size, etc. A great shopping experience and lots of really interesting products that aren't so expensive, so check them out.
