I tried the chat function on their website, no response. I sent a message on their facebook page, no response. After my second email to customer service they responded by saying "we'll let you know when it's on its way". I emailed back to ask them to specify if I should wait a day, a week or a month but of course nobody bothered to reply. There's no option to cancel the order so I'll have to talk to my credit card company to get my money back. I'm sure they're lovely people in the store but their online customer service is non-existent.

Their optical eye test was also very professional, using state of the art equipment and one of the most comprehensive eye tests I've done. There are a couple of hundred frames to choose from and, of course, all are designed in France and are ridiculously exquisite. They have a really fancy sunglasses section too. I was surprised that not only the optometrist was extremely skilled, but that the sales staff also seemed to be optical experts, with specialist knowledge about physics lesson stuff like lens thickness versus prism refraction... You'd think all this would cost an arm and a leg and yet it doesn't, they have frames for £40 (going up to £180 for the suuuper fancy ones) with the second one half price. The eye test is free. Seriously, this whole experience is ludicrously high end. Why doesn't every person in London go here?

We knew Moscot from NYC, so we made a beeline to the London location. Kris couldn't have been more lovely and helpful. He was so patient while both husband and I tried on a million pairs (two of which we bought when we got home to NYC). AND he had temples custom made to match the broken glasses, and we had them back in two days for a reasonable price. AND he gave us great advice on cool places to visit in London. Highly recommend!
