Suzzy is Credentialed & Insured, which is something not often found in Housekeeping Services! It shows in the detailed level of cleaning and in her expertise in the products she chooses!! Suzzy has done Basic Cleaning & Deep Cleaning for me She also cleaned 24 floor to ceiling windows in my enclosed porch & 14 in my Florida Room. We have 3 cats & 2 dogs that keep me busy. Assisted the family in moving lightweight furniture for the first cleaning. Very nice worker, knowledgeable about her cleaning supplies, very conversational when able, very kind heart, very nice personality, and cares about the job that she did in our home, even accomplished a couple of tasks not normally included. Explained the extra pay jobs in detail in case we would like to add more in the future. We have hired Suzzy every 2 weeks from this point on. read more

Requested an estimate for bringing my condo up to current code. They showed up when we scheduled…read moreit. They looked at the issue, told me the think they would have to make specific changes, but the tech said he would have to speak with his boss. I appreciated that; however, I received no call back as to if they could make the changes and each time I called, it was "someone will call you back". Then I was invoiced for the repair that was estimated and never performed. After I called, was told they would look into it and delete the invoice. The next month I was invoiced again (2nd time) for work that was not done. I called again, they finally took care of it, but I still needed the work done. I requested an answer to my original question and now since it had been past 30 days, they would have to do another estimate. I live in Atlanta, so it is not as if I can just run down there. I scheduled another appointment, that did not happen. Was called the next day and said the code did not work. I asked why wasn't I contacted when the tech was at the unit? The office lady (who was very polite by the way) did not have an answer. I cancelled all further actions and will look for another electrician I can trust.
