They had a nice crutch, plenty of chocolate chips, and a delicious cream frosting. The cinnamon strudel and apple crumble muffins are big, flavorful, and baked well. The banana chocolate chip, cafe au lait, blueberry maple, and peppermint white chocolate cupcakes were all a bit dry. The frosting on each cupcake had a burst of flavor. Unfortunately, cupcakes and muffins aren't items I'll consider purchasing again. Note: The shop name has changed. Unsure if there's a new owner. The staff I encountered was friendly and the ambiance was warm and cozy.

I bought her book, "Go Back and Fetch It," and was delighted that she took the time to sign it (as she was running late for her soundcheck). This bookstore is beautiful (see video) and has so many offerings (besides books), some of which you will only find here. The owner and employees are very nice and patient. They were super busy today as lots of folks were here, but they were also polite and professional. I took a list of events with me. I will return for events and this is my new gift spot. Harvey has launched this place to new heights and has been friendly to all involved (He is a great Dungeon Master for D&D, especially for the little ones new to the game). The place is kept tidy, and and all is organized in an effective manner for your comic searching pleasure. In terms of stock for things other than comics, they have a selection that I see as mediocre at best at times, though this is likely due to supply and demand, especially now considering everything going on. Necessary D&D minis were sometimes hard to come across even before this. Overall, the Multiverse is a great place to stop in my experience. When I'm visiting family in Watauga and want comics this is the place I go…read more They have a nice stock of new comics and don't seem to sell out. If something is out chances are you can find it. They don't have a large collection of back issues. They do have super cheap Star Wars Black Series figures. I feel like they could really look at online prices and inflate the prices of their figures and make more money.. but they don't. I've gotten a few figures here for retail that sold online for 40-50 bucks. It says a lot about the integrity of the owners that they aren't marking those up. Great shop! Check it out!
