The owner didn't make the appointment but after I left him a message he called me back to say he had an emergency he had to attend to but he would have somebody else swing by. I think it was his nephew, who did show up shortly thereafter. The gentleman was super polite, dressed professionally and was very thorough in his inspection. The panel rollers needed to be replaced as they were old steel rollers which were bent. He replaced them all at a reasonable cost. We also discussed getting two estimates, one for replacing the entire garage door and one for replacing just some bent tracks. He said he would speak with the owner and a quote would be provided. Haven't heard back on that as of yet. I will say that the employee was dead on knowledgeable and professional. Bill showed up, and before we talked about replacing the unit he said; hold on let me mess with these remotes.. After 45 minuets he called me back to the garage, and showed me he fixed the remotes!!!
