What a fun and yummy stop!! These filled doughnuts are delicious!! The place is tiny inside. Ordering room only but there are tables in a small courtyard to the side. So really just order and go or sit outside when it's warm. They have rotating flavors and a few flavors that are always available. They make them as you order so they are warm and fresh. Flavors like lemon, chai, Nutella, strawberry, vanilla. We ordered 6 and ate them all pretty quick!! The staff working were really fun helpful in choosing flavors. My friends and I went on 12/27, and I heard that have a rotating menu so I feel like that should be made clear. We got at least one of every flavor: Regular sugared, cinnamon sugar, lemon sugar, filled:, vanilla, chocolate salted caramel, strawberry, and spiked egg nog. Regular- yummy, good texture, nothing too crazy Cinnamon- I didn't try this one haha Lemon sugar- Super lemony and intense. I expected more of a lemon pastry flavor, but it tasted like they used lemon juice and citric acid. Was excited for this one, but not a fan. Vanilla- solid, just tasted like plain vanilla Chocolate salted caramel- tasted like chocolate syrup, didn't taste any caramel. Spiked Egg Nog- tasted spiked, lol. Super strong alcohol notes in certain bites and I just was not a fan. Strawberry- my favorite! It was tart and went so well with the malasada. I would have totally just gotten this and the regular one. Flavor wise-the fresh malasadas are so soft and warm, I love it! The fillings are a hit or miss for me. But OG and strawberry are at the top of my list. Would definitely come back here. It was clean inside and the employees were really kind. I have visited this amazing establishment a few times but today was somehow even more fantastic than all of the other incredible experiences. They had Ube and guava! As someone who is obsessed with the strange and unusual, this really ticked all of my boxes. I got a couple for myself and a box for a friend's birthday treat. They also had their traditional flavors for those a little more reserved. I gave my friend the sugar rolled with vanilla bean filling and he literally danced. Think a big tattoo artist is scary? Goodness gracious they are super light and fluffy and not overly sweet!!!! YUM!!! The coffee is a local brew and they offer both half and half or oat milk. The location is tiny but they do a great job of using the space. There is not a place to eat inside but you are a stones throw from Windsor Lake and the park!
