No, to the highest power. Unprofessional and rude. I overnighted Medicine and it arrived 3 days later. I called repeatedly and they wouldn't respond. All they had to do was make a claim with FedEx corporate , but I think that may have been too complicated of a task. Sadly this business has no problem taking your money and literally not delivering. Don't waste your time or stress yourself over this location. Just skip it and find another fedex or USPS to go to. First off they completely ignored me when I was standing in line and asked another lady in the store if she had been helped that just walked in while I was standing in line over ten minutes. That topped with one of their children running around the store and riding a bike. I thought he was going to run into me a few times and it was stressing me out. Was going to buy some cute little gifts they had but the wait for a usps flat rate box was too much time in this store. Don't even bother. I notice that there were four one-star reviews for this place. Let me make mine five. I am not surprised that this place makes good people feel bad. I usually use the FedEx on Broadway in Alamo Heights. I came here because I thought this place would save me a longer drive. Big mistake. There were two middle aged Hispanic women behind the counter. They were yakking away in the back room while I waited at the front counter, wondering if one might emerge from their trivial "gab fest." If there had been a television set back there I would imagine they'd have been watching a program like "The View." Finally I asked, "Could someone help me, please?" This evoked a strong reaction from both of them. From the start they were quite rude -- God forbid I should interrupt their chitchat. I could also see in their facial expressions that they were not too smart. What they communicated was Attitude, Attitude, Attitude. It has been my experience that when I encounter attitude it is almost always from an under-educated person who has a chip on his/her shoulder. I am not here to psychoanalyze these two women, but clearly they have issues with people who they perceive as more intelligent than they are. (I see this often with low-paid city employees as well.) These people want you to know who is boss. They talk to you in a completely inappropriate condescending tone. I will never return to this place. People like these women deserve to lose their jobs. If they own this store they deserve to go out of business. read more

The owner is this loud rude and tacky woman that shoves her screaming grandkids down your throat while you are trying to conduct your business and get your shipping done. Upon walking in, I had a dark somber cloud cover my mood. Mainly because the sign has the word EX on it, and let's be honest we all hate our Ex. However, my entrance was accompanied by nothing but a smile, which reminded me that the world isn't full of people that need to be bathed in hydrochloric acid. Everything at this establishment screamed new relationship, and we know how those go... they're warm and bubbly and you get butterflies in your stomach when you get a new message. The only difference is i was sending the message this time... and even better, the customer service made me want to send more message to more people... but I'm not a cheater... so i just sent this one package. I wish I could remember the girls name (think it was Beth) not too sure. Who cares, because if they employ someone that makes sending an overpriced dress to Cambodia fun, I'm sure they don't have a bunch of monsters roaming around the back ready to pee on your grandma's birthday present. If you look at my reviews... you'll see i don't pass out 5 stars just because I'm having a good day... I pass out 5 stars when people make me have a good day. Nightmare customer service. I sent 3 packages that were for eBay auctions. The items were packaged very poorly, simply wrapped in packing tape and thrown in the mail. We requested signature confirmation, and we were not given it. The item was just left on the persons back porch where they could have said the item never arrived. The manager then hung up on me when I called in to complain. I was very disappointed in this service. I will never use them again. read more

I don't understand why other reviewer's have left such bad reviews for this place. I couldn't have had a better experience! The woman running the place was so kind and patient and thought of inventive ways for us to carefully package my things so that I could send them at the lowest cost. While I was in the store, I also observed her helping other customers with great skill and kindness. They have beautiful, interesting merchandise from all over the world at very reasonable prices, and also offer all sorts of printing and cell phone services. I will definitely be back and hope that more people who have good experiences there will join me and leaving positive feedback to help this place out! This is the worst experience, by far, that I have ever had with a business. I decided to use this place to avoid Christmas lines at the post office. But not only were my packages returned 3 time but each time it was blamed on me. Even though they packed it, addressed it, and shipped it. The woman is incredibly rude. I have never felt so disrespected in my life. After finally complaining about what a hassle it had become, the woman became irate and accused me of threatening her and said she was going to call the police. Let me add that I am a petite, soft spoken, woman without a fighting bone in my body. I was sending out Christmas care packages to soldiers in need. This was a community service project. Yet, I was treated as a criminal. Each time my package got returned to me, it was guaranteed to be delivered the next time. After the third time, I finally started complaining and the grinch of Olmos Park came out to ruin my holidays. I've never been treated so rudely. She yelled, said it was my fault, accused ME of attacking her and hung up on me. I would avoid this place like the plague. Go anywhere but here. read more

Older woman was very rude, I had amazing service from a young girl and she helped me out a lot so I returned but that was the worst mistake ever. I was confused because what the older rude woman was telling me was something totally different from what the other associate helped me with and had told me the previous time. The older woman got annoyed because I was questioning her only because of my previous experience that I had remembered 2 weeks earlier. I was never rude to this lady but I guess I can't ask questions in regards to dropping off something there. I than told her I was going somewhere else to drop off and she questions me "why"? After 15 minutes of waiting and me asking to request service from the notary again, they said she was at lunch and I needed to wait. I left, of course. Manager/Owner is rude and racist. I took a pre-paid package in to be shipped via Fedex. The contents of the package were worth in excess of $1000, so I asked for a receipt. The young lady working there (who was very nice) said sorry but they didn't give receipts on pre-paid items. This didn't sit well but I thought it might be ok. On my way out the Fedex driver happened to be coming in so I asked if I should've gotten a receipt and he said, "yes". So I followed him back in and said that I just wasn't comfortable without some kind of receipt. The femail manager/owner was standing behind the counter now said, "Oh so you don't trust us because we're Mexicans." Completely out of the blue! The Fedex driver & everyone else in the store were shocked. The girls behind the counter started apologizing profusely for their rude management. The Fedex driver said, "Wow, I can't believe she said that." Needless to say, the only reason that someone could have fathomed to say such a thing in that situation is because they, themselves are racist and have no business in business. All this for simply asking for a receipt for my package for tracking purposes on an expensive shipment. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE. read more
