I had my birthday invitations created there. They turned out beautiful and in detail. They were absolutely amazing.

Second time I visited this place and the last. The vibe is very unwelcoming; like you're invading their space. Just feels sketch af.

Sylvia came to our apartment a few weeks ago to see the lay of the land. She recommended going by an hourly rate rather than a flat price, because the flat price could change depending on what's encountered. She also emphasized to label boxes well like: master bedroom, kitchen, etc. so we went with hourly rate $165 per hour for three movers. There was an up-charge of $75 because they were also moving a gun safe. They arrived at 8:45am and took a quick tour of our apartment. They explained how they go about it. The movers are Luis, Josue and Juan. What a team. Luis is the leader. Amazingly, they were done in 2.75 hours. This is the furniture for a two bedroom, two bath, den, kitchen, living room , dining area and the balcony we're talking about. Plus all the accompanying boxes for each area. We had boxed up everything we could and labeled as Sylvia had requested. And gave them clear paths as best we could to the major pieces. We had a lot of boxes! We wholeheartedly recommend this company for your moving needs.

They suggested an in person quote after their verbal pricing which was much more hourly expense than others. They never followed up with their quote. Would not recommend considering at a time of need they basically are unreliable ignoring potential customers. Contacted Einstein Movers which their admin was extremely organized responsive reliable & more reasonable pricing without any issues. Buyers beware of Martinez Movers !!

Each person took the time to introduce themselves, learn our names, and shake our hands, and that first impression really set the tone for the whole move. They took incredible care of our home and our belongings. They covered the doors, protected the floors, and carefully wrapped and covered all of our furniture before moving anything. It was obvious that they weren't just trying to get the job done, they genuinely cared about doing it the right way. They even finished ahead of their estimated time, which was an awesome bonus! As a veteran, I especially appreciated how well they took care of my family and us throughout the entire process. They even offer a veterans discount, which was a really meaningful touch.

Before I knew it, they had carried my old couches out and moved the new ones upstairs. I tried to tip them for their help, but they wouldn't accept it. I truly appreciate their kindness and willingness to help complete strangers. It's refreshing to see there are still good people out there who step up when someone needs a hand. Thank you, Kyle and Alex!
