I’ve spent my entire life in the restaurant and catering industry. I started working in a kitchen at 15, and after 25+ years of hands-on experience — from small-town diners to large-scale events — I returned to Wisconsin to build something of my own.
Leaving a head chef position in Florida, I founded Olmstead Catering to serve weddings, corporate events, and festivals across the Chippewa Valley with integrity, bold flavor, and professional service.
