We had them come out to look at our sewer system. They put in a new septic tank before talking to us. They then took it back out and billed us for the input and removal of a septic tank we didn't even agree to. I paid the bill in full, but feel I paid for their mistake. Terrible customer service. Our main has been cracked and clogged for over a month. They came and dug a couple holes but couldn't find the main. They just left and said they'd be back but never showed up. Finally called 10 days later and they sent someone over only to tell us they'd be back the next day and still haven't seen them. read more
