The lady who owns this store, Julie, is wonderful. She takes her time with each and every customer & makes sure they are getting exactly what they want & need & that they understand how to use & care for it. She remembers who I am everytime I go there & what I regularly get. She is very friendly, & the staffing there is small, only 2 other sales reps that I have ever known to work there, so the experience is very personalized. I believe one of the staff is Julie's own Mother, who, BTW, is very friendly as well. Many other vape stores have come to Brockville since Evape opened, it was the 1st here, but I will always stay loyal to Evape because of the wonderful way they care for their customers.

The woman that works the counter is only friendly until your money is in her pocket. I paid in excess of $125 for a vape unit, that was said to be very heavy duty; turned out to be faulty and i was refused my warranty. I wouldn't recommend anyone buy anything there. They advertise a 90 day battery guarantee which they refused to honor after just 46 days! Evape brockville sucks save your money!!!!!

I'm really impressed with their knowledge , and appreciate their patience when I take a while to decide. The young man who's normally there takes his job seriously, and makes sure I'm happy with my purchase. I like how he engages with small talk and doesn't rush me out. Oh -they also have a points system that is seriously worthwhile. I've gotten $5 off many times, and a few free bottles. It doesn't take long. I hope they stick around!
