We came here for lunch to celebrate our 20th anniversary. The atmosphere was welcoming, our waitress was warm and friendly. The food was very delicious: tender calamari perfectly seasoned and the combination plate was plentiful. The Greek salad with Feta cheese was delicious as well as the entire plate. This is becoming one of my favorite go to places for yummy food and great customer service. 2026(17)

It was my coworker's birthday and he picked this spot for our office lunch back in June of 2024. We shared everything family style. I tried the dolmadakia, pork soulvakia, Olympic salad, a lamb shank, and the beef, chicken, and gyro platters. Everything was tasty and flavorful!

I've heard so many great comments about this place so I had to try it. We Went for lunch and had the 1/2 chicken plate and the salmon plate. Plates have large portions. Everything was so delicious!!! The wait staff work together to give great service to everyone. We went during lunch time and got in right away. Almost all the tables were full with people. Inside is decorated very much like a Greek hotel. Very authentic. I loved everything about this place. I'll be back.

Definitely a hole in the wall spot for Mediterranean food! They have a small parking lot in the front and back. I wanted something light for dinner so I ordered the agvolemono soup and a chicken kabob. My first time having that soup and it is so refreshing! The chicken kabob was so tender and juicy too. Our servers were super friendly and always checked up on us.

So good and so authentic! Usually when I get gyro meat or kebabs somewhere else it's dry but here it's so moist! I even had leftovers and they heated up perfectly. I really enjoyed the service and atmosphere. Our servers were so funny and they checked on us constantly. There is parking in the front of the restaurant making it easy for customers. Also the menu had a lot of really interesting things I never tried! Definitely a new go to spot for me for Greek food!

This is our favorite Greek restaurant. We always start with the addictive saganaki. Having flaming cheese as an appetizer sets the tone of a fun meal experience. I ordered the House Special Chicken. It was fresh, flavorful and so delicious. My wife had the chicken kabob platter with peas. She loved it. Service is fantastic and friendly. This is Delicious with a capital 'D'! Parking can be tight during lunch and dinner time. Great for groups and kid friendly. Enjoy!

Co worker wanted to come here for lunch. It was 4 of us and we were able to pick our own table. The waitress came right away and we ordered. I got the steak sandwich with a salad. It was decent. The steak wad thin but had flavor.

We really enjoyed our time here due to the atmosphere, friendly employees, especially our server Jaime, and of course the food and wine. It was my first visit and it definitely won't be the last. The restaurant offers three different options for dining- inside, on the enclosed patio, and outside seating in the front of the restaurant. The saganaki was very flavorful but the Greek wine was excellent!

Cute little Greek restaurant in North Park. Their parking lot is tiny and a terror to get into while dodging other cars, would probably just park in the nearby residential areas on the street in the future. We ordered the saganaki appetizer which is a block of cheese they light on fire as they bring out, very savory and rich, comes with a side of pita. A bit too salty/oily for me, but it was to be expected. My partner got the moussaka which was SO good, very flavorful with distinct layers and a rich bechamel sauce on top. I ordered the gyro and spanakopita combo w a side of hummus. The gyro was flavorful but a little dry, and the spanakopita was so soggy, not one bit of crisp which was disappointing. The hummus was good, helpful because the plates are a little carb heavy. Most plates come with pita, pilaf, and a tasty side salad. Seems like you have to order the right item here. Service was friendly and accommodating, the place is well-decorated and on theme. They have an "outdoor" seating area in a big tent if you prefer. The inside is a bit more casual, with staff standing at cafe counter and some tables for seated diners.

Came here with friends for an early dinner. Parking is not the best but that's the only negative. To start I ordered Saganaki which is Flamed Kasseri Cheese with pita. Lemony, cheesy goodness. I ordered the Super Greek Combo which is Gyro, Chicken Kabob and Spanakopita with Rice, Salad and Pits for $22. It was yummy! Filling but I didn't bloated or stuffed. Had to get a side of falafel cause I'm a fatty! The table ordered dessert. The carrot cake and the banana chocolate chip cake were ok, nothing special about it. But the Baklava was flakey, honey goodness a def must have! The cheesecake was another HOMERUN! Homemade daily and so good! Then we tried the Galactoboureko which is a custard baked in filo smothered in honey syrup. Now the true gem of the whole experience was our server Jamié! He killed it! Funny, courteous, knew the menu, made helpful suggestions and didn't rush us! Who ever runs the Olympic Cafe should give him a bonus! The patio was nice spot cause it's not crowded, it's breezy and chill spot.

ordered the kokkinisto (braised beef). they brought out a full plate of greek salad first - normally i don't like raw onions but these were rly sweet. then they brought out 3 big chunks of beef w spaghetti noodles on the side (note to self, macaronia is Not macaroni ). the beef was tender & the savory cinnamon reminded me of taiwanese beef soup. service was super fast. & even tho it was a hot day out, the "inside" terrace was still comfortable due to the fans & shade

First Visit, Instant Fans!…read more We stopped in this afternoon with my wife and our four sons after a busy day out, looking for a quick meal--and The Great Greek Mediterranean Grill completely exceeded our expectations! The restaurant was spotlessly clean, and the service was impressively fast, which is no small feat with a hungry crew our size. But what really made our afternoon was Milab. She was incredibly nice and welcoming, and we couldn't help but notice that even when she wasn't processing customers, she was actively cleaning and keeping the place looking pristine. That kind of hustle and attention to detail really stands out. And the food? Absolutely delicious! Every single dish hit the mark. We came in as first-timers and left as definite regulars. Totally worth it, and we will absolutely be returning. If you're looking for great Mediterranean food with fast, friendly service in a clean environment, this is your spot! We ordered the Great Greek Gyro and it is a really good size. Our 3 and 5 yr old could share the next time. Our hungry 7 and 9 year old devoured them. Thanks, Ashley & Lindsey Head

I read a review from another Yelp Elite and they talked about how they came here with their mom and they really enjoyed it. Upon entry we were greeted by the staff and it was a wonderful sign that they had really good customer service. It's a very nicely decorated Greek restaurant. There is an indoor seating area that can see probably about 25 or 30 people. Also, there's a patio adjacent to the indoor dining room and it's a covered patio for dining that looked like it may see more people in the inside. The outside patio is decorated with a lot of plants and it just looks like a Greek Courtyard type setting. We ordered: 1 Gyros Plate, Olives and Feta Appetizer, and 1 Arnold Palmer and 1 Iced Tea. The olive feta appetizer plate came out first and it had fresh pita bread with it. The gyros plate came out shortly after and it had large slices of gyros meat, Greek salad, and buttered rice. Everything was very tasty and delicious. Our server had really good customer service and she frequently checked on us to make sure that we had what we needed. I did note that there is a lot of nice traditional Greek music playing in the background like the other Yelper indicated. This adds a really nice touch to the environment and the ambience of the experience. Overall, it was nice to come here. Service was quick and good. Food was tasty and freshly made. I'm not sure if the feast portion sizes change based off the parties but for some of the serving like the vegetables or amount of pita I wish it matched the amount of people in the party (for example the vegetables had three pieces of veggies per type of veggie but we were a group of four and there were three pitas). We thought the babaghanoush and hummus were delicious! My favorite dish was the corn and shishito ravioli. Their popular Aleppo chicken was well seasoned and a good dish to share so everyone can try.
