Terrible company. Do not rent from them. I moved in to one of their rentals in December, the apartment was not ready on the move in date, and when they said it was there was a ton of work left, which they claimed was done. Vermin I had to take care of myself, they left garbage in the apartment, yard, and hallway, and NO HEAT. It wasn't until I told them I wasn't going to pay rent that they did something about it 3 weeks later. Don't return/answer phone calls. And 2 months later I'm fighting again about no heat or hot water. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. read more
