We filed a home insurance claim back in July due to storm damage, and AGR was sent to our house to…read moredo an appraisal and quote the work being done. At that time, we felt confident that the job would be done well thanks to the sales rep that was at our home. We were promised everything we were concerned with would be handled. AGR was terrible with communication, we did not know when the roof would be done or when their contractors would show up. We had people showing up randomly, sometimes not even doing any work, leaving our gate open, and leaving materials all over our yard and driveway. After the roof was completed, there were nails all over our yard and driveway. The roof looked terrible when it was completed, did not look professional at all. And on top of that, our brand new fence gate was damaged and bent by AGR employees and they have not addressed that concern at all. Trying to get ahold of anyone to address our concerns has been the most difficult process ever. It is now 6+ months later, and we have not had some of the work done that was promised by AGR. We would not recommend this company to anyone looking to get a great, professional roofing service.

I have an audio recording of them stating they would cover the deductible as proof. They are claiming that this was because I didn't hire them to replace my windows but they stated they would add a 30% markup to the windows and stated there wasn't enough insurance money to cover it. I would highly recommend to stay clear of this outfit.

Appeared to have some quarter size wet spots on ceiling of an exterior wall inside our home near…read morethe roof line. Jim examined the area inside and out and did not find anything. He also examined/inspected the entire roof and all is well. He did point out how humidity inside a home plays a big role in the winter and recommended that I adjust it down due to the single digit temperatures lately. The wall or cove where the exterior wall is located can build up even more humidity and have a hard time escaping thus building moisture on the ceiling.
