The most important thing that I can say is that I am so thankful and relieved to have had them by my side through the entire sales process. Gary treated me like I was his only customer. He always made time for me to talk through questions, analyze problems, and determine a solution and path forward with any challenge. Gary and his team worked tirelessly and professionally to help me sell my home in Wilton Manors. To provide context on the complexity of the sale, note that the 1965 home, with additions in 1980 and 1982, was in an irrevocable trust (established when my father died in 2011), had a reverse mortgage (Home Equity Conversion Mortgage program), had not been updated in over 35 years, and showed signs of age and neglect from a aesthetic perspective. Not only closing on it was complicated; rather just getting it ready for market was a challenge. Gary and his team never wavered. From the moment I met Gary, I was impressed with how professional and knowledgeable he is. He possesses tremendous experience and clearly knows the Fort Lauderdale/Broward County/South Florida market. Of the three real estate agents that I interviewed, Gary stood out way above the others through not only the above experience, but also his willingness to provide assistance to me before I had signed on with him. "Need an appraiser, Steve? how about X? Need a resource to assist with disposing of possessions, Steve? How about Y?"
