Jenny is one of the best INS attorneys in the whole wide world. About six years ago, I was going to through the most stressful situation. I had a very good case, but no one attorney wanted to take my case. All the attorneys I saw before, closed the doors and said that it was best for me to stay like the way I was until there was a change that was going to benefit me or favor me. Jenny was my last resource. I really had no more strength, no more energies, no nothing and I really needed to work to make the living for me and for my three kids. We started the process with Omega Immigration about 4 years ago and still have heard nothing. There were several reasons that lead up to the 1 star and the wait isn't even the biggest reason. However, I just prefer to move on from the nightmare of the cost of this lawyer and the lack of results. We ended up finding another immigration lawyer less than a year ago paid half of what we paid here and thankfully my husband already has his green card. Edit: Like I previously mentioned, the wait is not the reason for 1 star. We are fully aware that the wait wasn't this law firms fault. Which is what was responded here. The reason for the 1 star has to do with errors from filling out paperwork when it was going to be sent to USCIS. Which is what I didn't want to post on my review. But the response received sounded more like a blame towards us for not continuing on with another process. Which of course not, if they didn't proofread our paperwork before being sent out to USCIS then why would we pay for more services? The only reason we knew there were mistakes on our paperwork was because my husband asked one of the paralegals to send it to him to review before sending it to USCIS.
