They were the place I bought my first Blackberry, tv screens, my son's first ipad, and my security system. I asked a lot of questions before making a decision on the security system, and finally found a good fit. I spent a lot of time looking into a child safe heating system for my basement and thought of them first- plus they were set up as a Special and sensory needs provider- until they pulled out of being a CLTS provider today. We were prepared to have over three heating units set up, but the electrician insisted my child would touch the ceiling heaters, and he refused to install it. (Touching the ceiling?) Are all customers treated this way, or only the disabled ones? And pulling out of the disability program you are a provider with because you refuse to serve my family? This is absurd. Like the comment below, they need additonal training. I will miss Elizabeth who is truly the nicest person there. read more

Sometimes there are too many options of technology products. I love that I can go shop at ONE and say what I'm looking for and they are able to help me narrow down options and explain the slight differences so I'm able to make the selection that best fits my needs. The customer service was great. I needed two odd light bulbs for two different fixtures. I assumed I'd have to order online, but these local guys had them in stock. As soon as I walked in, I was warmly greeted. I handed the clerk my burnt out bulbs and he found what I needed. In less than a minute I was back in my car and on my way! I have been very pleased with the performance of every item purchased there. I have found the staff at this family-owned Radio Shack franchise to be super knowledgeable and very friendly.
