DON'T DO IT!!! I was so excited about buying a bathing suit from OMG. Bought a hot pink swimsuit one piece that after ONE wear turned purple. Not only did it turn purple, the material started to snag. On the receipt it stat no refunds however it does state exchange or store credit. Took the bathing suit back 2 days later to only be told that once worn, there's no exchange. Swimsuit was $85 and ruined after being worn once. Do not buy from this boutique. Poor quality, poor customer service and they do not honor their return policy. And one of the bathing suits I was given to try on (that came out of a plastic bag) was dirty in the crouch area. read more

The styles are unique and really nice! But poorly made, the price they're asking is not worth it. If you decide to buy, make sure you examine the piece very closely; I've come across holes, poor stitching, parts falling off. I've bought from here twice over $80 and $100 I've spent on different occasions. The first time I knew I could fix it and thought maybe it was that particular style but for the second time I now see it could be the quality of this store. I shouldn't have to be paying full price for bathing suites I have to fix myself brand new. I won't be going here again. read more

This by far is the worst customer service I have ever experienced! I made a purchase online and was instructed I would receive a store credit by Maria who I have been I contact with multiple times and have yet to receive it. I have emailed them online three times and have yet to receive a response it's been a week! Now they are giving me the run around! If I could give this company less than one star I definitely would. I would not recommend shopping with this company at all especially if you live out of state!!!!! They do not stand by their return and exchange policy at all. I'm 100% sure after writing this review that I still will not hear from them, receive my store credit, nor a phone call! read more

Terrible quality! Purchased a coverup for $64.99. It was a cheap piece of white material cut with a scissor no seams. Something I could get from China for $1.00! I asked for an eaxchange for an item that was also $64.99 and they sent me a bill for an additional $32. I called and spoke to Maria who said she would get back to me. When I didn't hear back, I called again and Maria said well we raised the price of the item to $79.99, but we know that the quality of the cover up was low so how about you Houston pay $20 plus shipping! They are thieves and to make matters worse, the quality of their items is terrible! Buyer beware! Stay away! read more

I ordered the I Robot Diva monokini online and was told that shipping would take 3-5 days. I didn't receive the bathing suit until almost two weeks later. The tracking kept saying one date and after it was obvious it wasn't coming that date I emailed and was told I would get it Monday which was Memorial Day. Of course this was false because mail doesn't run on holidays. After receiving the bathing suit I wore it while on vacation this past weekend and after being in it for a few hours under my clothes I noticed a black stain on the back of it. I took it off to look at it closely thinking maybe it was dirt. After reviewing it I then noticed that it wasn't dirt but the color was coming off. I had this bathing suit on for maybe 3 hrs tops under my clothes while I did activities on ground before going to the beach. If these are luxury bathing suits how is the color coming off like this? I didn't even want to get in the water at the beach anymore due to having a metallic bathing suit with black blotches over it due to the color coming off. Yes this suit was on sale and yes I paid $40 dollars for something I obviously will NEVER wear again. And had I paid the full price for it I would be livid cuz no luxury piece would be fading in color after 3 hrs of wear. No way you guys should be charging the prices you charge for your swimsuits if they are cheap quality. Will not be purchasing from this company again. read more

I agree with the other reviews and wish that I had read these prior to placing my order. This website and business should be not still be allowed to operate. I ordered an item at the beginning of the month for my birthday at the end of the month. I am on my birthday vacation without my item and they have my money. I have tried to contact management only to receive the run around of "they will call you back"....well that's a lie. Save yourself a lot of grief and buy your swimwear somewhere else. read more

DO NOT order online from this company, you will not receive your item. When i initially placed my order nowhere on the website did it say the item I ordered was on back order so i was under the impression I would get my suit within the time frame stated on their shipping policies., A few weeks go by and i realize i still hadn't received my swimsuit or any communication for that matter, I then reached out to them letting them know I still had not received my item and asked them for shipping info- at that time that they decided to let me know the item was back ordered, they never reached out to me the first time to let me know. Three weeks later i reach out for a second time and I was then given a new "expected" shipping date, next thing you know that date comes and goes and i still hear nothing. I now reach out for a 3rd time and I'm told that my item is scheduled to ship Nov 27th- well, today is now Dec 1st and I have yet to get anything, not a shipping confirmation and not the item i ordered. They obviously have no interest in keeping customers with these types of business practices. if you want to get the item you are paying for i suggest visiting in store or ordering from another website. I am so mad I did not see the reviews of this place before hand ! I ordered 2 swimsuits a month ago and til this day it has not been delivered ! I called customer service for the 3rd time and of course they were unable to solve the issue and stated maybe the material didn't arrive on time or something. How is that my issue ? I was told a week ago that it would arrive by beg. Of last week. I called today and was told I was not able to speak to the Manger. Yet , while I was talking to her before I asked she had put me on hold to ask a manger a question. This is the most unorganized online website I have ever ordered from (and I order online very often) I'm so disappointed and at this point I would have been more than happy to receive my refund. But of course they do not issue a refund just a coverup to go with the swimsuits!!!!! I don't know how this website is still up and how this business is still running honestly. Do not state a time frame and exceed that by 2 extra weeks than when asked about the swimsuits you don't have any clue ?!!! Learn to send updates on the swimsuits so of it is exceeding the amount of time we are informed instead of waiting around. read more

Horrible horrible experience!!! HORRIBLE customer service also. One other girl on here said that OMG MIAMI SWIMWEAR claimed her swimsuit had blood on it when she sent hers back, my story is the same. COINCIDENCE, I highly doubt it!!! I ordered a medium size swimsuit, when I received it in the mail by looking at it, the suit was way too long and big for me, no big deal I send it back and they exchange it for me for a smaller size, WRONG!!! I sent my swimsuit back it was delivered on a Monday because I was tracking the order, wrote them an email because calling them was useless, I did not hear from anyone until I had to call them for the third time that week. Some girl named Kimberly that works over with exchanges was an absolute nightmare to speak with over the phone, She was the one that informed me that I sent the swimsuit back to them with makeup on it!!!!!!!! Which is impossible I don't even wear makeup nor did I try the swimsuit on.. I saw the suit was too big for me by looking at it. It's a white bathing suit that I payed over $100 dollars for I'm really gonna get makeup on my own bathing suit and get it dirty before even wearing it out, does that even make sense??!!! AND THEN SEND IT BACK TO THEM! I hate when people try to get over on me and this is by far the worst horrible experience I've had ordering online. And I've never had a problem ordering online from other websites. OMG is an absolute fraud on their exchange policy. They don't want to discourage you from buying a swimsuit and purchasing the wrong size so they say of course you could exchange but it's a complete scam. !! Not only is OMG MIAMI SWIMWEAR not sending me the right size but they are sending me back a dirty bathing suit which I paid over $100 dollars for! And I will posting about how horrible this place is on every social media I have because it's not right what they did! Be cautious when ordering from this site!!!
