He was able to identify the issue which was to replace the bolt but he also had to move the strike plate and some other tactics so that the dead bolt would lock smoothly . Unfortunately I was unable to get his referral to answer, but he did warn me not to use another locksmith because he would try to scam me and I had been known to break peoples locks. Within 15 minutes of that warning, the guy he had warned me not to use called me back and told me he "no longer was in business" and then told me he "wouldn't let us stay locked out, so he'd help us for a whopping $199!!! I can replace my window pane cheaper than that! When I wrote a review on that man's Yelp page, he immediately started calling me and texting me threatening to sue me for slander if I did not take down my review!
