Don't get me wrong, I have zero problem with people that speak another language as their first language, then immigrate to US. Honestly, give them kudos! But when it comes to having expensive work on the house, it was nice to not have communication be a barrier to getting things done to my expectations. Regarding the job itself, I had an "Alcove shower" that was installed around 1990. But it only had a shower curtain. I bought a shower door from Home Depot. I needed it installed and Hugo handled it with ease. In fact there were also some rails that had been removed that left holes. I asked him to install some 4in vinyl tape to both decorate and hide the previous holes. He even came prepared with a laser level and was able to handle this curve-ball without any problem. Also worth noting, during my initial search I also asked him about some additional work, and rather trying to talk me into something else at the risk of potentially losing a gig, he honestly replied he didn't have a certain kind of experience. As a result, I found him hugely trustworthy. I'd highly recommend him!
