Cleaned 2 rooms of carpet with spot and stain removal. Within 1 1/2 weeks many of the spots came back. I was told that if the spots come back within 14 days they would come back out and treat them. I phoned and left a message with absolutely no response. Micah and Allie, the technicians were very nice and professional, I am giving a 3 star rating because the business did not follow through with their warranty. I contacted them on day 12 of the 14 day warranty as I wanted to see how many spots returned before contacting them - it seemed that 90% of the spots returned. read more
