On time and ready, was just that. Not only were they on-time, but they were even a little early. They are really nice people to work with. They gave us a good quote and were done cleaning up our "junk pile" in less than an hour. They even hauled away a huge Cal-king mattress that we needed to get rid of. Well I will say they were on time and even came out on a Sunday to haul a small pile away. I didn't realize you have to watch them the entire time as they don't break large volumes down, they simply place them underneath and charge you more for the haul because it goes up to a certain mark on the sides of the truck bed. I tried to rectify the situation with the owners, but they would not make an adjustment. I won't be using them again and if you do beware and watch them. read more
