We were referred to Adella due to her professionalism and willingness to help clients, especially given our situation as new homeowners and small business owners. Unfortunately, our experience has been far from what we expected. After explaining the guidance we needed, we were passed off to one of her team members without knowing she was only an assistant. This assistant provided very little assistance or direction, leaving us confused and without the support we were hoping for. We came to Adella because we genuinely didn't know what to do, yet we were left feeling like we had to tell *them* what to do. Their communication was extremely poor throughout the process. We thought things were moving along smoothly, only to find out last minute that they had too many clients in their queue and couldn't meet our deadlines. At that point, we were left with no choice but to handle everything on our own, with zero guidance. What was most frustrating is that when we expressed our need for more support, they should have been upfront about being too busy to take us on. For starters, the only good review on here is from Kira, who happens to an On Time Business employee Kira... yup that's the dishonesty this company will even begin with. That review has been reported and will be taken down. Second, wow just extremely unethical, lazy and risky accounting! I put my life in Karen's hands many years ago by allowing her to do my first year corporate taxes. I provided her with all my W2's, she sat in front of me at our first meeting, compiles all of my taxes in about 10 minutes, then proceeded to tell me that the IRS and FTB "will not pay attention" to a new company with mobil income like mine, and proceed to halve my gross income from $75k to $35k! Just like that, no concerns for the consequences it could have on me, willing to gamble my life on her "experience" that I won't get audited. Holy moly... I also referred my colleague to her (we are both doctors) prior to this meeting and he called me a couple weeks later really concerned because she had done the exact same thing to him! He promptly found a new accountant and I followed suit, we both are perfectly willing to pay our fair share of taxes, never asked her to falsify my reporting and I never went back to this office again. Third, flash forward many years to this week. A colleague of mine used their office for employee retention tax credit, she stated they got it at 10% fee. I asked her to make an intro because of the hundreds of companies that I have gotten solicited for to do this service they all seemed to charge higher than 10%. I found out it was this company and kindly asked if they can just refer to the 3rd party they use, they basically refused to do that unless I users them for the accounting, which I don't need because my own accountant already ran the numbers and did the analysis, and as you can imagine who knows what accuracy they would put based on my experience with Karen's accounting methods. It's just another example of dishonesty, there are hundreds of these 3rd parties out there that do the employee tax, but this 10% company will not be revealed unless On Time makes their $1k in accounting. To simply make the referal they would make zero. Just be mindful of who you are dealing with when coming here, reckless, dishonest, run for the door if you care about standard accounting practices and policies and don't feel like jeopardizing your whole life to risk saving a couple hundred or thousnd dollars commiting unsolicited tax evasion. Accountants like karen should have their license revoke IMO for extreme moral terptitude. read more

Had my taxes done here for a few years by Adella. She was wonderful. The problem is there is no way to talk to my accountant, the person I hire. Calls are answered by a flamin' dolt named Danielle who thinks she runs the place and roadblocks every call. She also intercepts emails. I need an accountant whom I can speak with directly, not a speed-talking ahole of a secretary. Danielle is absolute torture to communicate with. What a strange way to run a business! This review is for my appointment and how it never happened. I called to make an appointment and they told me it won't be until today 2/1 at 10:00am. That's fine, no instructions we're given and I told them I'm a first time client. I never did my tax services with anyone but TurboTax so the process was new to me. I get a call around 9:30 from some girl telling me that they did not receive anything from me... maybe because no one asked me for anything? I did have screen shots of my w2 and other items they might need just to have it ready. She was very focused on repeating that I didn't send anything although again no one told me I needed to send anything and she was pretty set on making it seem like it's my problem and my fault and went on to express that it will be an extreme inconvenience and how busy they are if I need to reschedule as if she was trying to push me away from getting any services done here. No problem I'll go somewhere else. read more
